“solid CRM fit”

Pros

It connected well with our CRM and the team was always quick to respond whenever we needed them.

Cons

Setting things up and programming features was difficult and I often felt like I had to rely on support for help.

“effortless setup process”

Pros

When compliance forced us to quickly change our company workflow, we were able to connect the phone and call recording features directly to our existing CRM without any disruption. We had almost no time to evaluate, learn and put the system in place so it was a pleasant surprise how well everything came together. The setup didnt take much effort and the team responded quickly whenever we needed help. After talking with others in the industry, it was clear we were already live while many of them were still trying to figure out what solution to choose.

Cons

What I would still like improved is having the phone screen built into the main dashboard. Since the features are on the dashboard but the keypad requires switching back and forth, that part feels a bit laggy. The fax feature is also very basic right now. I would like to have more options, such as getting a notification without automatically receiving an attachment which was something my previous provider offered. I have to keep a fax confirmation sheet rather than a report but because of HIPAA I do not want PHI documents being emailed back to me which ends up defeating the purpose of using fax in the first place.

“helpful voicemail email alerts”

Pros

Getting started with the phone system has been pretty simple which has been a big plus for our users. The voicemail to email notifications are also a really useful feature to have.

Cons

On the admin side some of the layout choices across the site feel more spread out than they need to be. It would be better if all of a user's settings were available on a single page.

“better business call visibility”

Pros

This gives me much better visibility into both my business operations and phone activity which has been really helpful.

Cons

Only issue was how long it took to make changes and customizations.

“easy faxing from anywhere”

Pros

Being able to send correspondence by fax from practically anywhere has been a big plus. The system emails me fax notifications and even though they come through twice, it's minor enough to ignore. I also receive confirmations when a fax has gone through which was actually a suggestion I made to the support team and has been really helpful since I usually move on to other tasks once the fax is in the queue. The contact list is also handy and makes sending faxes much more convenient.

Cons

There's frequently a bit of a delay when placing a phone call although aside from that the phone system works fine. I also keep getting duplicate email notifications for faxes that are sent.

“flexible calling features”

Pros

Handling calls with this has been really convenient. Transferring calls, adding other people into a conference and making interoffice calls all work well. It's also very helpful being able to check voicemail while away from the office, forward calls straight to a personal cell phone and set up auto attendant along with closed office messages.

Cons

The downside is that it really depends on having a reliable internet connection, otherwise call quality can suffer.

Patients have been able to get through the phone system much more easily and it has given us more features while costing less.

“lets me use my work phone outside of the office”

Pros

It lets me use my work phone outside the office which has been really convenient and checking my call history only takes a few clicks. Voicemails are quick to access and listen to and the email alerts are a helpful reminder when I need to call someone back.

Cons

Speaker feature on both the phone and desktop could work better since I sometimes have to tap it twice or it does not switch to speaker at all. I also feel the mobile app interface could use an update to look more modern and a bit simpler to navigate.

“Weak support”

Pros

The VoIP calling features have been easy to use and having voicemails sent to our email has been really useful.

Cons

While the phones themselves are fairly simple to use but the software feels lacking. The auto attendant is not very clear and I'm still not confident that we even have it configured the right way. Customer support hasn't been much help either. I also don't think our call tree or voicemail system is set up as efficiently as it could be but since support hasn't been helpful, we've been left trying to sort it out ourselves while also keeping our small business running which doesn't leave much time to learn all the details of the phone system.

“useful voicemail transcription”

Pros

Voicemail transcription and forwarding to email have been really useful.

Cons

One thing I'd still want is automatic forwarding to another number, like a cell phone, when calls come in from a selected favorites list.

“Much better than other options out there”

Pros

Compared with anything Comcast offered, this has made transferring calls, parking calls and handling voicemail so much better.

Cons

A few employees have mentioned an occasional dropped call here and there but overall the connection has seemed really solid. I'm sure that will continue to improve over time.

“responsive support team”

Pros

Getting started with this software was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. On top of that whenever our team has questions or wants to go over account settings, the support team replies incredibly fast and usually in real time which has been a huge plus.

Cons

The only thing we're missing is a direct number feature. As our company has grown, having individual direct phone numbers has become more important though to be fair I'm not sure that's entirely an Intulse specific issue.

“wealthbox integration is fantastic”

Pros

Wealthbox CRM integration is exactly why I went with Intulse and it's easily the feature that matters most to me.

Cons

I do wish the contact sync were better especially having a dynamic sync option with Office 365 or the CRM.

“Solid integrations”

Pros

Right from the start, the sales and implementation teams really understood how our business works and helped shape the service around exactly what we needed. This also works nicely with our RedTail CRM and the pricing stayed within our budget.

Cons

There are still a couple of features that aren't self service, like customizing holiday voicemail greetings and some things aren't quite as simple as I expected, such as setting up conference calls in the app. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions.

“handy AgencyBloc integration”

Pros

We've had a great experience using this so far and it connects well with our client records in AgencyBloc.

Cons

One frustration is that SMS messages can't be deleted. Voicemail recordings also often take a few attempts before the system accepts them as the actual message. I'd also like better confirmation that a fax was sent successfully instead of relying only on a green box.

“helps keep teams connected”

Pros

Running a health insurance business with staff spread across different locations, this has been a really good fit for us. The functionality is excellent and even without a brick and mortar office, it makes everyone feel connected like we're working in the same place. It's also really convenient that we can use it through the desktop app, mobile app or a desk phone depending on what works best.

Cons

I've noticed that when I make calls from the phone app while I'm in the car, people on the other end can hardly hear me. We also gave the online meeting room a try and it was a bit glitchy.

“Great CRM sync”

Pros

Having a single number to share with clients for both calls and texts has been really convenient. These days, a lot of communication can happen over text which cuts down on time and effort for everyone involved. It also integrates with our CRM so having client names appear automatically and being able to store call recordings in their files has been very useful.

Cons

Every now and then, we lose service during the day and calls get dropped. It doesn't happen all the time and the outage usually doesn't last very long but it's still frustrating when it does.

“useful call branding”

Pros

Being able to take calls from anywhere with cell service has been really useful and our clients can't tell any difference on their end. We can also call clients without showing our personal cell numbers which matters because a lot of people ignore calls from numbers they don't recognize.

Cons

A big disappointment has been that incoming calls were supposed to connect directly to the client record in our CRM but that still doesn't happen. A lot of the time, incoming calls don't even display the caller's name. The wireless headsets have also caused ongoing trouble for some of our team. Even after replacements, the same issues keep coming back, like callers not being able to hear us or noticeable audio delays.
