I honestly don't have any complaints, it's an amazing product and I use it every day.

Working with this platform has made my job much more efficient and effective. I've been in several different hospitals and honestly, none of their IT systems or software teams have come anywhere close to what this provides. Their support is excellent across the board, whether it's phones, computers software applications or devices like printers and fax machines. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

When covid changed how everyone worked, keeping teams connected became a challenge unlike anything before. Traditional phone systems were no longer limited to the office because staff were no longer in one place either and IPPBX handled that difficult transition really well. The way it supports remote communication has made it absolutely worth having.

Up to this point nothing has really stood out to me as a downside.

Each time I've needed help, the customer service team responded quickly and handled things thoroughly.

The system runs reliably, there's no downtime and the call quality stays consistently high. I don't have any complaints.

It lets me feel like I'm still in the office even when I'm away which has been really convenient.

IPPBX delivers outstanding products software and support. Their team is friendly, responsive and available any time of day which makes a big difference. I honestly wouldn't point anyone toward another provider and would confidently recommend them for any IT needs.

It has been an excellent company to work with and I havent noticed any major issues while using this either.
