“user friendly call flow builder”
Pros
Getting started with this was easy thanks to the drag-and-drop builder and it manages calls really efficiently. The tutorials on their website are also very helpful when you're learning how to design call flows. Overall, it's a well-designed product and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
There really isn't anything negative I can point out.
