It offers great flexibility

Pros

Kavkom offers a great balance of flexibility and simplicity, making it easy to use while still providing powerful features.

Cons

The pricing is in line with the market, but there doesn't seem to be a clear advantage at this level. One minor issue is that the recording splits speakers into mono and stereo, which could be improved.

The ultimate CRM and telephony solution

Pros

The integration of CRM functionality with the telephony system is a key strength of Kavkom for us. It enables us to manage our call flow seamlessly, much like a call center, which is a huge advantage.

Cons

Technical support handles many features that we would prefer to manage ourselves. However they are very responsive which helps our teams work efficiently.

Quick and effective tool

Pros

Kavkom provides excellent support with tools like Any desk for quick assistance, instructional videos and training. The CRM is very efficient and unlimited calls are a big plus.

Cons

After testing several software options, Kavkom stands out as the best calling software with no significant weaknesses.

Kavkom's Predictive Dialer is invaluable. Working in a company that emphasizes international expertise, we can easily target only reliable, valid numbers, streamlining the process and enhancing productivity.
