A great partner to work with

Pros

What I really love about Klearcom is how strong the automation is. Being able to test our phone lines automatically and on a regular basis has been a total game-changer. Also it has been a huge help in spotting system issues during off-hours which has saved us from unexpected disruptions. On top of that the auto-discovery feature has been a big time-saver as it gives us accurate documentation of our current setup which is pretty important as we move to a new system.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Klearcom. The team has been exceptionally responsive and supportive during our implementation. Whenever we faced challenges or had questions they were quick to offer help and solutions making sure the transition went as smoothly as possible. Their commitment to customer service has been exceptional which has greatly improved our overall experience.

Earns top marks

Pros

Working with Klearcom's team has been amazing. They were very accommodating and really went the extra mile to help Boehringer get set up, understand the process and learn how to make the most of the system.

Cons

Its reporting capabilities fall short of our expectations but they have made several adjustments and accommodations while working with the applications to align with our needs and expectations.

Makes testing so simple

Pros

The standout feature of Klearcom for me has been its user friendly interface. Also navigating the platform's features was easy and the clarity of both voice and video calls greatly improved our teams communication making every interaction more efficient and productive.

Cons

So far there is nothing to complain about as everything is working just as expected.

Working well and improving our proactivity

Pros

Setting things up is easy as we are able to do it pretty quickly. Also the testing tools work really well and managing alerts is smooth and stress-free.

Cons

I feel like the alerts could benefit from more detailed information as a more descriptive alert would be helpful.

Using it for monitoring purposes

Worth the price

Almost a complete tool

Pros

Klearcom softphone feature is invaluable as it allows us to make calls from nearly any country which is priceless for our operations.

Cons

One carrier in China no longer allows live testing which is a minor inconvenience, though it still works fine with other carriers.
