Pros
Our work with Laivly has focused on using tools that boost performance. These resources have been key to improving important metrics like Average Handle Time and documentation. By comparing teams that used these tools with those that did not, we have been able to measure their effectiveness. The reporting system helps us analyze trends and our ongoing partnership with platform ensures the tools keep improving to meet our needs.
Cons
I have had no issues with ongoing support which has been quick and effective. The only small challenge was at the beginning when we had to drive usage and results before fully understanding the platform's dashboards and resources. So it would be helpful to focus on getting users familiar with the tools first which would make the adoption process smoother.

“Makes AI user friendly
Pros
Getting started with Laivly was way too easy like no complex setup or long onboarding process and we started seeing real results within just a few days. Also the platform is user friendly and integrates smoothly into our workflows. It is quick, smart and really simplifies our tasks.
Cons
It is a powerful platform. The setup was also quick but it took some time to really explore everything it can do. We have been learning as we go and the team has been fantastic in helping us discover the more advanced features that we didn�t initially use.

I would recommend it for the people first and foremost and the tool second.The team is always quick to respond to discussions, collaborations and finding solutions.

Pros
What really impressed me was how quickly we could roll out this tool across several teams. The setup was simple too and getting new users onboard was easy thanks to the platforms user friendly design. It gives me complete visibility into performance and adoption and it is flexible enough to grow as we do. Seeing the impact and how users are engaging has made it easy to promote internally.
Cons
Managing a large user base means we occasionally have questions about permissions or specific situations and I would love more self service admin tools in some areas. That said the team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues making the process much smoother.

“Team and Tool? both The Best
Pros
Laivly's team really took the time to understand our product and team, allowing them to uncover problems we had not noticed and provide us with clear solutions in terms we understood. In short they identified issues we did not know existed and explained how to fix them in language that made sense to us.
Cons
It took a while to fully deploy and start seeing the benefits. The team was patient while we built the process but it did take some time to get things rolling.

Pros
It has been an amazing partner during our launch. Their team is the best as they are responsive and knowledgeable, offering excellent support throughout the process. Ray handled meetings with grace and professionalism, while Kellie was always ready to answer any questions and ensured the training ran smoothly. Amanda quickly addressed the technical issues we raised and made improvements to the tool. Plus the platform itself has made a noticeable impact on our agent and user experience providing Turo with the AI tool we desperately needed. Overall the launch felt seamless thanks to the teams expertise and dedication.
Cons
No downsides. If I had to be very picky, I would say some of the names like Sidd Spark, Spark Notes, Swift Notes are a little confusing.

Laivly's agent copilot, SIDD, transcribes calls and gives real time guidance. It has really been a game changer, helping our team handle complex workflows much more efficiently.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that SIDD is a great tool but there is still room for improvement particularly when it comes to accurately transcribing and offering real time guidance for long calls, especially when there are multiple complaints.
