“simple setup process”
Pros
After testing a free trial, we switched from EngHouse Touchpoint Attendant on our old phone system to Landis Attendant Console for Microsoft Teams. Our front desk is small, usually just one or two operators so the user friendly interface has been a really good fit especially since we occasionally bring in temporary receptionists. Another plus is how quickly it can be set up without any complicated configuration, literally in minutes and the fact that it runs in the cloud with a web client option is very convenient. The pricing is clear and offers good value compared with the other product we looked at. The interface panes also give you some room for customization. We did open a few support tickets for things we couldn't work out or that weren't functioning properly and the email support team was helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
While quick disconnect headsets work well but we weren't able to find any suitable handsets/telephones which is still a drawback since some of our receptionists prefer using them. The external contacts feature does work although it could become problematic if you need to manage a large number of external contacts.
