Pros

Having secure communication across multiple channels in one platform has been really useful. Whether I'm on a voice call, joining a video meeting or chatting with clients and partners, everything feels connected, safe and convenient. It has definitely made remote collaboration much more manageable.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that the initial connection sometimes takes a few extra seconds. It's not a serious problem but it can briefly interrupt the natural flow of conversation especially during quicker, fast moving calls.
