Megadialer truly lives up to its name!

Pros

It is a really good system and the entire team loves using it. Also setting everything up from scratch was incredibly a simple task and whenever we needed help, the Megadialer team provided a quick and reliable support.

Cons

The reporting features need some improvement, but once you understand its limitations, it works fine.

Pros

They accommodate all the requests I make regarding the services they provide and they make sure it aligns perfectly with what I am looking for.

By far the best system I have ever come across

Pros

From the beginning till the end, Megadial and the team have really gone above and beyond for me and my business. What stands out the most is how simple the platform is to use, the excellent customer service and the competitive pricing they offer.

Cons

So far, everything has been working well, and I haven't come across any issues worth mentioning.

An excellent software

Pros

I find the interface really pleasant and easy to use. Also it is quite helpful for making international calls and it's definitely cut down on both my system complexities and costs. So, to be fair, I recommend it for support companies, help desks and call centers.

Cons

No complaints as it is one of the best IP PBX systems I have used for offering online support, especially because it makes call center management so simple.

Fast, professional, and always reliable

Pros

After spending 15 years in the TM sales business and working with all sorts of dialer systems and software providers, switching to Megacall has boosted my sales by at least 15%. The platform is truly unique, and the level of service I receive from their team is unmatched in my experience. And if I have to sum up everything about this software in 2 words I will say it is Unique software that offers unique services.

Cons

I can't think of anything to critique because for us it is all about stability, service and having the best software available on the market. Megacall delivers all this to us.

Very professional

Pros

I am very pleased and appreciate the boost in productivity, the clear reduction in costs and how adaptable MegaDialer is to meet my specific needs. Also they offer great products and excellent customer service as they are always responsive, flexible and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this company.

Cons

I am still waiting to come across something that I count as negative..
