Perfect message layout

Pros

Messages are separated well and I find the layout feels less cluttered overall.

Cons

Sending a photo is a bit difficult and I had to get on a call with sales support for help.

Pros

Reliable and user-friendly platform

Pros

Using this platform felt very easy for me from the start and it stayed dependable the whole time without any corruption issues. Everything was simple and consistently simple to work with.

Cons

Not a con but I wish it offered integrations with sales platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce for sales-related use in my industry.

texting templates are invaluable

Pros

Being able to send and receive texts from our business number has been incredibly valuable for me. We stay very busy so a lot of calls end up going to voicemail and this gives customers a direct way to reach us without needing a separate number. Since many of our customers are constantly on the go, they much prefer getting a text over reading an email. I also send a lot of the same messages repeatedly so having templates saves me a noticeable amount of time. The mobile companion app works easily and when someone buys new equipment, I can quickly schedule a follow-up text for the near future to check in with them.

Cons

The one feature I'd still like to have is the option to keep a conversation open even after I've replied. A lot of times, closing out the conversation really depends on waiting for the customer's response rather than mine.

csv upload and autoresponder win...

Pros

Uploading a CSV with all my contacts was easy and I was able to set up the autoresponder, send texts and get everything out without any problems. When a few questions came up during the process, the customer support explained things clearly and walked me through it step by step.

Cons

One small thing I noticed was that the first autoresponder seemed to be attached to my initial message which made it look a bit confusing but it really wasn't a major issue.

Pros

Everything feels incredibly user-friendly and convenient and I find it really handles most of the work for me.

Cons

Only problem I ran into was that one contact didn't receive a broadcast but the team responded right away and started working on a fix.

Using it has been very easy and I find the functionality covers what I need. Customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I needed it.

fantastic support and simple workflow

Pros

Everything has worked the way I needed it to and I find the support team has been fantastic. The software is easy to use and doesn't take much effort for me to get comfortable with.

Cons

Overall the software is still very user-friendly. The only issue I've run into is that importing contacts from Excel can be inconsistent at times, while uploads from Google Sheets haven't caused any problems.

Pros

I really like that I can send one message to a lot of people without dragging everyone into a long chain of replies. It feels much better and far less annoying than regular group texting.

Cons

The limitation on how I could word my messages was something I didn't like.
