Pros
Microcall is a highly valuable software for tracking calls from start to finish because it gives me a complete view of everything that happens during the call. Overall, the experience has been great as they offer good support when I need it and provide training whenever I ask for it.
Cons
The user interface can sometimes be tricky to navigate when I am trying to find a specific report.

Pros
Microcall is really easy to use, with innovative technology that makes tracking and billing so much simpler. Also their customer service really stands out and I am highly satisfied with the support I've gotten. So overall I am very happy with it and would recommend it to any company looking for a call accounting solution.
Cons
Honestly, I like everything about it. I have not noticed any negatives, and even installing the program was a simple task.

Pros
I am a Microcall for over 20 years and I would not think about using anything else. What I like the most about it is how easy the software is to use and the amazing tech support that's always available whenever I need it.
Cons
At times, creating a custom report can be a little difficult.

Pros
I used Arbella for 9 months and I had no internal support at first. MicroCall has given me all the training and support I need to help our company. Also there are so many great features to mention, but I especially love the charts, custom reports, real-time data and report scheduling. Most importantly, their support team is outstanding.
Cons
There is nothing that comes to my mind right now.

This software makes call activities within the institution or business entirely visible. It tracks various calls, including abandoned, terminated, long and international ones. Access to critical data, like those from harassing or threatening calls, is effortless which allows our school's security to handle such situations immediately. Calls for admissions or recruitment also provide managers with on-the-spot decision making capabilities. And the most impactful feature is the report generator, which creates unlimited reports that can be saved on the dashboard and automatically distributed via email or display. The dashboard refreshes in real-time with new data, and the Windows authentication feature ensures all employees can access the necessary information. And analyzing call patterns can help reduce costs through proper planning.
Cons
There is no trial option for clients to test if the product meets their needs and expectations. Instead, new users can attend the company's training webinars to learn about its functionality, while experienced users can explore the latest features added regularly. Additionally, I think it might be costly for schools, especially considering limited budgets and the challenges principals face in securing external funding.

First and foremost, it is really easy to use. Also it is very tech-friendly and I love the sidebar they offer. I use the discussion workspace all the time because it's part of my daily tasks. I honestly think more companies should use it for their communication. Once you figure out how everything works, it is super simple. I believe Microcall is the future of communication, especially for higher education and other industries. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius. When the pandemic hit, it was tough for businesses to stay connected and this product has been a game changer for big organizations
Cons
Occasionally, it logs me off the server without warning and I only realize it after I am disconnected. Sometimes, it runs a little slower, but overall it works well for my needs. I've been using it consistently and have gotten used to it. I do think there could be more customization options for the display. Other than that there is not much I dislike about the product, but adding more features, like a webpage or tools that give users greater control would make it even better.

Microcall's support is truly outstanding and definitely ranks among the best vendors we have worked with. Their reports are easy to use, which makes it simple for managers to adopt. Plus the dashboards provide real-time stats that our sales team really appreciates and IT relies on it every day for troubleshooting. The cradle to grave search feature is also highly valuable, and so far we have not come across anything Microcall can't handle.
Cons
After using the system for five years, I honestly have not found a single downside, which is why I felt I had to write this review.
