“missing call line visibility”

Pros

Porting our numbers was completed faster than the timeline they originally gave us and some of the admin setup and configuration tasks were fairly simple to handle.

Cons

A major frustration is that in many common situations, like using the mobile app or the PC softphone, there's no way to tell which phone line a customer is calling. On top of that, sales and support ignored us far too often and if you need extra voicemail boxes, you can't purchase them separately so you're forced to pay for full user accounts which gets expensive.

This is a secure virtual phone system that gives businesses an online phone number.

“Smooth call flows”

Pros

Each practitioner at my clinic can customize their own call flow based on what works best for them which has been really useful. Having the option to add a second phone number also gave me the flexibility to set up a separate line for another clinic while still keeping everything connected to my original business. That meant I didn't have to create a separate user account and the whole setup was very quick. Even better, the second business line was already included in my plan so there was no extra cost to add it.

Cons

One issue I run into from time to time is that the app doesn't always sync properly with my wireless earbuds or wired headphones. On top of that, the speakerphone option isn't consistently available when I need it.

“useful voicemail alerts”

Pros

Being able to go back and listen to every call through the recording feature has been the biggest advantage for me. We also get an email whenever someone leaves a voicemail and the system includes a transcription of the message which is really useful.

Cons

Only problem I've run into is that the audio quality on some calls isn't very clear. It doesn't happen often but I notice it from time to time especially when calling rural areas.

“affordable IVR tool”

Pros

Between the pricing, the IVR features and how user-friendly everything feels, MightyCall quickly became a favorite for our company.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve and if you're not using call forwarding, you have to tweak the settings for every new user added to the MightyCall account. Aside from that, it's been excellent.

“helpful calling setup for remote teams”

Pros

Working at a moving company, this turned out to be a practical way to stay in touch with clients without reps having to call or text from personal numbers. Since we were all working remotely, it gave the company an affordable way for the whole team to communicate directly with clients and prospects without a lot of extra hassle.

Cons

A downside is that text messages and call logs are all kept in a shared place. That means you and other team members can see everyone's interactions and may accidentally read messages that aren't yours. It's not the best fit for a lead-based business especially if there's a risk of agents taking each other's prospects.

Having the ability to answer calls from virtually anywhere across multiple devices has been really convenient.

“handy extensions”

Pros

Getting started with this product was simple and whenever I had questions, the team responded really well and was consistently helpful. The voicemail option and the ability to dial each extension are especially useful features for our company.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything to dislike about this software.

“too glitchy for the price”

Pros

The idea behind it is really solid especially the unique way calls are routed and handled.

Cons

Its concept is strong but for what it costs, the service should run much better and be far less glitchy. We've been dealing with too many problems with calls not coming through and clients not receiving texts. The different sections for texting and phone calls also need a lot more functionality. One major downside is that clients can't send pictures at all. The app navigation is not very user-friendly either. When searching for messages sometimes only one text appears instead of the full conversation which makes no sense. If a text is too long, I have to break it into two messages and I still don't understand why. At $25 a month, maybe I could overlook some of this but at the $50 a month we pay, it just doesn't feel justified. Honestly, both the app and the overall system still need a lot of work.

“managing the app is easy”

Pros

Managing the app is very easy, the call recordings come through clearly, text messages are delivered quickly and the menu prompts make communication with our clients simple and effective.

Cons

Text message length really shouldn't be capped. Not being able to send or receive photos is a huge downside for our business and the app tends to freeze pretty often.

“outstanding features”

Pros

Running our inbound and outbound call center through this aqpp has worked out really well. We use it with VOIP phones and the user management tools make it simple to distribute incoming call volume across the team. The feature set is impressive and the available options cover what we need. Chat support has also been excellent. The support staff really know the product and consistently give us the help we need. We switched over from another VOIP provider a few years ago and it turned out to be a very smart move.

Cons

Some queue management options still are not available when inbound calls are routed to a group, such as certain hold settings and we would definitely like to see that improved. Also, the texting feature for both inbound and outbound messages can be unreliable at times.

“perfect fit for our nonprofit”

Pros

For our non-profit, the pricing has been just right. We were able to get rid of our desk phones and now everyone uses either their cell phone or computer instead. Setup was quick, customer service has been excellent and the number of users and extensions works really well for us.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far.

“fairly priced for what you get”

Pros

The pricing is really appealing if you need a simple hosted VoIP solution without a lot of unnecessary extras.

Cons

There were some call connection problems with the webphone especially one-way audio. I also ran into several SIP phone issues that never got resolved. Support suggested the router was causing it but that didn't fully add up since the same router settings were being used across four offices and the problem only showed up in one location.

“this was exactly what we needed”

Pros

After searching for an auto attendant that could direct calls and voicemails to the right people across our organization, this service turned out to be exactly what we needed. It handles that job really well.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to complain about with this system. It was great overall. We did run into a small issue while setting up two SIPP phones but support was responsive and helped us get it sorted out.
