Love the ability to shorten rings

Improving call management and customer service with Monster VoIP

Pros

This has really changed the way we communicate, especially with its advanced features and CRM integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Cons

The only thing I encountered is that outbound calls can get expensive in some areas.

The best software for online meetings

Pros

I really appreciate the mobile access and chat features mostly. It's great that we can send separate messages during meetings.

Cons

Honestly I don't have anything negative to say. The software is amazing, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I lived the customer service

This app has worked wonders for me!

Pros

I dont get a signal where my office is, so this app running on WiFi is a lifesaver.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit slow to load, and that can cause me to click the wrong number by accident.

Easy and very useful

Pros

The setup and use were so easy, I enjoyed it. Downloading the app and starting up was also super easy. I love that I never miss a call, even when I'm away from my desk!

Cons

Great service once set up, but setup can take quite a while.

Pros

It is a high quality product with little to no issues.

Cons

The setup for services and features with MV-Business VoIP is all done manually, which can make the process take a bit longer. It's not automatic, so it can be tough for us to show clients how it works quickly, especially when they need things up and running fast for their business. It can be a bit of a problem when we're trying to get everything ready right away.

Easy to navigate

Pros

Everything in it is super user-friendly. Once the IT team walks you through the setup, it's become so easy to figure out. If you need help, the customer service is quick to respond and super helpful. They usually get back to you within the hour, and a follow-up call ensures everything's working perfectly.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. The only real adjustment was moving from a landline to using the internet, which means if the internet goes down, so do the phones. But that's not an issue with MonsterVOIP itself.

FANTASTIC!

Pros

I'm really impressed with how Monster listened to our needs and provided such a user-friendly system with great customer service.

Cons

AMAZING customer service

Pros

I've had an outstanding experience with everyone at Monstervoip. Every team member has been consistently available to answer questions, and they do so quickly and with a genuinely friendly attitude. The value of this phone service, combined with its impressive features and exceptional customer support, truly sets MonsterVOIP apart from the competition. Not only is the phone call quality consistently crystal clear but it's also incredibly reliable, something I can always count on.

Cons

It took me a little time to figure out the phone rules, but that was mostly user error! MonsterVOIP even had a technician walk me through the set-up, and I double-checked with customer service a couple of times to make sure I had it all configured correctly.

It's the hidden gem

Pros

The mobile app has made my life so much easier, I love it!!! No more running back to my desk or missing calls! I can work from anywhere and feel like I'm in the office. Most people wouldn't even realize I'm not there.

Cons

The only issue I've run into is with the paging system. MV set up a bridge to link the overhead page with the phone page, but the bridge acts like its own user. So, every time someone makes a page, it shows up as a missed call on the phone. MV did a good job of preventing these missed calls from showing up as notifications, but if you check the call history, you'll see a bunch of missed calls from the paging bridge. It's not a major problem, just a bit annoying.

The best in LA

Pros

I really loved how simple it was to use and set up. Honestly, we should have switched to MonsterVOIP way sooner. They use the latest VOIP tech, which has been awesome for our sales teams. Being able to use it anywhere, on the desk phone, computer or cell , makes everything so much easier. We're not stuck in one place anymore, and we don't have to give customers multiple numbers to reach us. The auto attendant and call hunting features are a huge help, especially when we need to reroute calls between teams during busy periods.

Cons

I got nothing negative to say, it's fantastic all around.
