My go-to tool for sales support

Pros

I'm honestly obsessed with the reporting and analytics on Myphoner. As a team lead, it's such a solid way to stay on top of my team's calls and how things are going. It's easy to use when it comes to tracking calls, scheduling callbacks and the way it sorts everything is just brilliant.

Cons

So far, I haven't run into any major issues with the features I actually use. I don't use the VoIP side of things which I've heard had some hiccups in the past but from what I know, those were usually resolved pretty quickly when they did come up.

Perfect for outbound calling

Pros

It has a ton of features which are easy to use. Uploading an Excel CSV file and jumping into calls takes just a few steps. And having a script pop up on screen while calling? Super handy.

Cons

I think the biggest downside is being limited by what service providers you can work with. Also the help documentation could be way better. That said, whenever I've reached out with questions, I usually get a response within the same day which I appreciate.

Great for handling cold call campaigns

Pros

Using it is very easy and it's basically plug and play if you've already got your leads ready. I just tweaked my Excel files a little to match Myphoner's setup and boom, I was dialing in minutes. The power dialer's awesome for hitting a bunch of calls fast. I'm also into the CRM side of it and it's great being able to change things on the fly. Like if I'm supposed to talk to Person A but I find out Person B is the right one, I can just switch it right then and there.

Cons

I just wish the app had more features. I'm often on the road, calling companies to book in-person meetings and it would be amazing to make those calls directly through the app while I'm out and about.

The more you use it, the better it gets

Pros

We've been using It for years now. Sure, we used to have our own custom-built system that had a couple of cool features but honestly, I really appreciate how solid and reliable It is. Plus their support is great and it's way cheaper than hiring two IT guys to keep something custom running.

Cons

It's annoying that I can only export around 5,000 leads in Excel before it switches over to CSV which usually ends up all messy. It would also be great if everything was available in German for my team. There are a few small quirks that could make things smoother but to be fair, some of them are already on Myphoner's to-do list and some might just be really specific to my use case.

Unbeatable value for the price

Pros

MyPhoner has been a rock-solid tool for us. It's reliable, smooth and really helps us get through a high volume of work without any hiccups.

Cons

I'd love to have more control over customizing phone numbers. One thing I've wanted for a while is to split the activity tab into two, one for activities and one just for comments. That way, I wouldn't have to scroll through missed calls and all kinds of other stuff just to read a note someone left.

My experience with Myphoner

Pros

What I really appreciate about It is how smooth and easy it is to use. I didn't have to spend hours figuring things out.

Cons

The date function gives me issues and it's stuck on American time which messes with my scheduling. Also, if I want to change the order of dropdown options in a field, I have to completely redo it from scratch. Would love to see more flexibility and functionality added to the app overall.

super user-friendly

Pros

It's such a cool tool and it lets us automate and track outreach, set up personalized messages and campaigns and get detailed reports after each call. It also hooks up with a bunch of CRMs. And since it's cloud-based and easy to use, it's a no-brainer for me.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like about It. It was user-friendly and easy to get around.

Exactly what I needed for calling

Pros

It is honestly one of the easiest tools I've used for cold calling especially when it comes to B2B marketing.

Cons

At the moment, I haven't found anything negative about Myphoner based on how I'm using it. It's been working just fine for me.

Calling just got easier

Pros

Using It is very simple without losing any of the quality. The call recordings come out great which really helps during training. And I love how the dialer lets me organize call lists however I want.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is that we can't directly attach calls to customer files in Dynamics. Also, when there are duplicate entries, merging them gets confusing sometimes.

Very efficient solution

Pros

One of the things I really like is how simple it is to import data and uploading my contact lists is quick and smooth. It saves me a ton of time and lets me jump straight into making calls without any delays.

Cons

There's no way to customize the default action buttons like "callback" or "archive." You can't change the text, remove ones you don't use or add new buttons. It would be awesome to trigger things like emails or assign account managers with those buttons. Also, there's no smart deduplication for selected lists so you either deduplicate across all lists or just one. That makes managing clients across multiple lists tricky.

love it, big fan here!

Pros

If you're just getting started, this is super beginner-friendly. It really helps keep leads and contacts organized.

Cons

Every now and then, people on the other end of the call can't hear me. I'm not totally sure if that's an issue with It or maybe just something wrong with my laptop setup.

Overall good product

Pros

It's user-friendly and has everything I need, tracking, making lists, setting reminders and organizing things into categories.

Cons

I've had trouble adding both English and Arabic text into the same template with the correct text direction for each. Might be something I'm not doing right, so I'll keep tinkering to figure it out.

Affordable call center tool with great features

Pros

I like how easy it is to add new users, load up a list and quickly check stats by day, week, or month. Very convenient.

Cons

Right now, there's nothing I'd flag as a con. I'll definitely reach out or update if anything does pop up down the line.

Fantastic CRM & dialing solution

Pros

The best part for me is being able to manage all my leads and call them from one simple place. Makes everything so much easier.

Cons

Honestly nothing really stands out as a downside. For the price and the features you get, I don't think you can beat the value it brings.

Simple setup, great for Covid-era use

Pros

My team picked it up quickly and it's easy to upload contacts and set up different outcomes the way we want.

Cons

The only thing I'd mention is that downloading records and syncing them back to our master data log is a bit of a process. It works but it could definitely be smoother.

Amazing tool, just needs a few tweaks

Pros

Their customer service is top-notch. I like how easy it was to get started and log in. I also love being able to make and save scripts and templates. The way it lines up my next leads is neat and organized.

Cons

There are a few improvements I'd love to see, better Outlook (on-prem) email integration, a way to set default templates for emails and scripts across every list, a simpler way to jot down notes for each lead and more personalized filters for reporting. I'd also appreciate a better view of all contacts under the same account and an easier way to see every active lead in a layout that's more like Excel ans it'd make management way more efficient.
