Pros
The new AI addition has been amazing. At the company we're really happy with it so far, thanks.
Cons
At the moment we haven't run into any real issues, except that getting used to the control panel took us a bit of time although I guess that's pretty normal for everyone.

Pros
Overall, I'm really happy with everything from the customer support to the value for money as well as the wide variety of tools they offer.
Cons
I'd just like it to be simpler to change the virtual forwarding number to another mobile and I also miss having more virtual mobile numbers available.
