“One of the top tools for live speech and root cause analysis
Pros
Been using this for about a year now and honestly, it has made my work so much easier by providing real-time insights on speech analysis. Customer calls get reviewed fast and without much hassle. Also it is quite useful when it comes to digging out the root cause too which helps us make the chatbot smarter and more engaging. Overall it has been a huge help in gathering and analyzing data to keep improving the chatbot automation.
Cons
The features are really great though sometimes it does take a little while to load up the data dump.
