Pros
I like how easy it is to use and the pricing is pretty fair too. It's simple to get started without a lot of fuss.
Cons
I wasn't too happy with the customer support when they removed a basic feature I really needed and the buffer time with no zero-minute option. It took them a whole month to bring it back which was frustrating.

“Connects you with potential customers
Pros
Novocall adds this little phone widget to the bottom right of the screen and it's very handy. Visitors just type in their number to get a call right away or schedule one later. They can even send a message instead. What's cool is that you can set it to pop up after someone scrolls, waits around for a bit or just seems idle. It's a great way to nudge people to reach out without being pushy.
Cons
There's no voicemail, you can't import or use your own numbers and if you want call recording, you have to pay for the Business plan. It only works as a widget on your site and you can't just call agents directly using their numbers. And it's not built for call tracking either which is kind of a bummer.

“Overall good tool
Pros
Back when I started using Novocall, it was a real lifesaver. I didn't always have a phone on me, so being able to make calls over the internet made things so much easier. It worked really well for me.
Cons
This only works with the internet, so if you're outside and don't have mobile data, you're out of luck. Plus there's a cap on the number of calls you can make which can be limiting.

“Smart pick for winning leads
Pros
Ever since I started using it, my leads tripled. I knew right away that I made the right call by investing in Itl. It's helped my business grow sales and honestly it's very easy to use. Setting it up on my site was quick and painless. Overall it's just an awesome tool and I like everything about it.
Cons
Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this software. It works well for me and I really enjoy using it.

“Really good for capturing ready leads
Pros
Adding this tool to our site was very simple and it made our call-to-action really pop for new customers. What I like most is how customizable it is. You can tweak pretty much everything. When people visit our site, they can instantly start the process to book a call and we can grab their info for follow-ups if they want. very helpful.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues with this platform. The only thing I can think of is that if your call team is in a different time zone, that might make scheduling tricky. But so far no real cons.

Pros
The interface is smooth and the whole platform just works fast. It's easy to figure out and doesn't slow me down at all.
Cons
There's not much to complain about but the fact that the professional plan only gives you 30 days of call history is kind of a letdown. That's way too short in my opinion.

“Saves me a bunch of time on follow-ups
Pros
This tool is actually really solid and it turns website visitors into leads or calls. I've seen a big bump in prospects just from using it.
Cons
I really wish we could change the default call length from 5 minutes to 10. I mean, who has the time for 20-minute chats all the time? Also they should expand the number of supported countries from 42 to at least 80 would be ideal.

Pros
Gotta say, the support team is amazing. They actually listen to feedback and keep improving the tool really fast. That's rare and appreciated.
Cons
It would be awesome if they could add Matomo Analytics integration just like how they have it set up with Google Analytics. From a dev's point of view, it's an easy thing to do and the events work pretty much the same, just the names differ.
