Pros

The team is fantastic. Sales did an excellent job setting me up. I spoke to them at 5 PM, and by 10 AM the next morning, I was up and running. Support was great with a complimentary onboarding call to guide me through the phone system and help set up my IVR. The porting team was flawless, transferring my numbers from three systems without any issues. They answer calls promptly and you're always assisted by knowledgeable staff (tech team). Nuacom is possibly my favorite thing about 2020, thanks for making a challenging year in business much easier!

Nuacom has greatly improved our business

Pros

We've been using Nuacom for about three years and we didn't realize initially what a huge impact it would have on our business. We were hesitant about moving away from the big providers but now we're thrilled we did! Costs have gone down, communication has improved and the reporting and insights we have about incoming calls and data has significantly improved how we operate. I can honestly say that our business wouldn't be running as efficiently without this system.

Cons

There are very few cons honestly. It has improved a lot in ease of use over the years compared to the initial version, which was a bit harder to navigate and had fewer features.

Simply amazing

Pros

We can handle multiple calls simultaneously, ensuring we never miss a customer. Having access to a call record is very convenient, and it's easy to check messages and forward calls to mobile phones. As floral designers, the handsfree speakers are essential�this means we don't have to stop what we're working on to answer the phone.

Cons

It's a bit overwhelming for me to learn all the available setting options.

Pros

It was easy to set up and provides much more insight into our customers than traditional phone systems. We never miss a call now.

I highly recommend Nuacom for any company seeking VOIP solutions

Pros

The setup was easy due to strong onboarding and customer service. It integrates with several tools we use for sales and support, offers powerful reporting metrics, regularly adds new features and is very cost-effective.

Cons

No major issues to report. The only thing was setting up an office in Poland which required us to choose a separate VOIP partner for that location.

It has amazing and great features

Pros

The system is easy to use and the cords don't get tangled like with other systems. The volume is easy to adjust and the voicemail setup and playback are excellent. These are a few things I like the most.

Incredible software

Pros

When voice messages are left, I receive an email with an attachment containing the message.

It works great!!

Pros

The backend is extremely userfriendly, offering almost complete control over every aspect of the system without the need to contact support.

Cons

Unfortunately we weren't able to completely remove our old phone provider because our business number was tied to our broadband line. But this isn't the company's fault.
