“knowledgeable support”
Pros
This is a great platform. Whenever I contact customer service, I end up speaking with knowledgeable, sharp solution oriented people who actually listen. They understand the troubleshooting I've already done and don't just hand me an answer, they walk me through the fix so I learn how to handle it myself next time.
Cons
It still carries a bit of that leftover third party app feel. The mobile app is pretty buggy and signing in and out across multiple devices can be a hassle. If I lock my computer screen, I often have to restart the app to get it working again. Wi Fi calling also seems to struggle with landlines and leads to poor connections although that may not be entirely OnSIP's fault.

“fairly priced”
Pros
It's been a reliable and affordable service for us and on the rare occasions I've needed help, the tech support has been excellent. Their support hours also work well for users in different locations which is a big plus.
Cons
I really can't think of any downsides. Their support team walked us through the phone setup and helped with configuring our network so the whole process was well supported.

“flawless service for years”
Pros
Any time I've reached out to OnSIP, my question has been answered or the problem has been fully taken care of before the call even ends. Their team is friendly, professional and really knows the product inside and out. In the three years I've worked with this platform, we haven't run into a single issue and from everything I've heard, that was also the case before I joined. You almost never hear that about a service provider.
Cons
Honestly, I have nothing negative to add here. We never seem to run into problems, the customer service is outstanding and the service itself has been consistently reliable. There really isn't anything bad I can say about it.

“VoIP is easy to work with”
Pros
Having responsive customer service for our VoIP setup has been a huge plus. The desktop VoIP phones are easy to work with and the overall service is very simple to use. You just don't get this kind of hands on help from a massive corporation.
Cons
Only thing missing in the current package is voicemail transcription sent to email and the ability to reply to calls by text from the voicemail interface.

“flexible basic plan”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for us is the Basic Plan since it charges by minutes used instead of charging per user. That setup works much better for our company because we have a lot of users but a very low calling volume, while many other VoIP providers mainly offer only per user pricing. Another strong point is their support team. They are knowledgeable, responsive and quick to provide solutions without adding extra fees. The system itself is simple but still very complete, with more advanced functions built into simple day to day operations. It covers everything we need which is why we have stayed with it for 8 years. On top of that the admin account gives a user friendly experience and can be accessed conveniently from anywhere.
Cons
At times, the mobile app runs into network connectivity problems on phones.

“Amazing call quality”
Pros
After moving away from our old "regular" phone service which seemed to fail half the time, the difference has been huge. The sound quality is excellent, the pricing is much better and the flexibility this service offers has been outstanding. Support has also been top notch.
Cons
Something that could be better is the jargon. A lot of the terms they use aren't familiar to regular people so it can be confusing.

“super easy to use”
Pros
Whenever we need help, the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The service itself is easy to use and doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with.
Cons
Every now and then, there are small random glitches that can be tricky to explain to users although they usually don't disrupt the overall workflow.

“voicemail by email is fantastic”
Pros
Our team has had a really good experience with this phone system. Getting voicemail messages sent straight to email is brilliant and the app is especially useful whenever you're away from the office.
Cons
Nothing negative comes to mind. The pricing is about on par with traditional landline services.

“patient customer service rep”
Pros
Getting started with VoIP for the first time felt a lot less intimidating thanks to their excellent customer service. The support team has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
One thing I'd prefer is monthly invoicing instead of the current pay per use/per minute setup. It's not a major issue at all but it does mean you need to keep a credit card linked so the service can automatically stay active.

“user friendly portal”
Pros
Using this tool has been a positive experience especially because the web portal and mobile apps are user friendly for both admins and everyday users. The system is simple to navigate and manage which makes handling tasks much more convenient.
Cons
It does include a broad set of features but transferring calls could be more efficient when it comes to locating contacts. A better search option within the current contact list would help speed up that process.

“unexpected charges for extra lines”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other calling platforms I've tried, this stood out for being a pretty affordable VoIP option. The call quality stayed reliably good and getting the virtual office phone system up and running was fairly simple.
Cons
The biggest problem I ran into was the lack of clear pricing around adding extra phone numbers. During setup, I came away from the conversation with the sales rep thinking there wouldn't be additional fees for new numbers. But after I added several lines with different area codes, there was no obvious warning or confirmation that each number would add a separate monthly charge. I didn't realize it until I started getting credit card charge notifications for about $14.95 per number. Clearer pricing details and better in app warnings before those charges went through would have made a big difference.
