Real-time monitoring is a game changer

Pros

This isn't just a regular call center that handles inbound and outbound calls. It's ideal for beginners looking to maximize and grow their workforce at the same time. And data analysis is quickly available within a set timeframe, and the system is both simple to use and navigate.

Cons

Unlike other similar software, this tool takes up the entire browser page, which is different from those that work as extensions. Sometimes, this can make navigation a bit tricky.

It really helps boost call volume

Pros

I can easily transition from one call to the next. The interface is great, and tech support is excellent.

Cons

I believe this software is more suitable for medium-sized and smaller companies, but it's still excellent software at a very reasonable price.

Parrot is seriously amazing!

Pros

This solution has been simple and effective for addressing our phone system challenges. It has been extremely helpful, and our entire team really appreciates it!

it's hands down the best!

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is for callers to move from one call to the next, and the reports are incredibly helpful. Leaving voice messages is also simple. Because of this, I've recommended the Parrot Predictive Dialer to several colleagues in the same industry.

Cons

I would prefer the caller's screen to be more customizable. For example I'd like to have my clients' "pay history" displayed in a field on the screen alongside their names, addresses, and other details. Even if it had to be on a separate page, similar to the "script" page, it would be helpful. While speaking to a "lead" I could easily scroll down or click to another page to see the campaigns they've donated to. It would show the CAMPAIGN NAME, the DATE THEY DONATED, and the AMOUNT PAID. This would help confirm our legitimacy during "tests," which ultimately leads to more donations.

The best way to hit those big call volume goals!

Pros

It's very user-friendly, fully customizable to meet our company's needs, and reasonably priced.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that reps cannot see how many calls are left in a dialing campaign, which means they often log in to start calling without knowing if there are still calls in the list or if it's empty. It would be useful if they could see whether calls are available before logging in saving them time and effort.

Greatly handles our call volume

Pros

The Parrot call center has been a great resource for our agents, enabling them to communicate effectively with clients. The product has already had a positive impact on our company. Integrating it into our workflow was a smooth process, and tech support made the transition seamless. I would recommend Parrot Cloud Call Center to any business that handles a high volume of calls.

Totally worth the price!

Pros

The price is fantastic, and the functionality is outstanding�� Working with his team has been a good experience. Out of all the dialers I've used, this one is by far the best!
