“they overcharged us”
Pros
I honestly don't have anything positive to mention and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
Their approach feels designed to keep money coming in, charging far more than what was originally agreed upon.

“top support”
Pros
Right away, it impressed me with its interface, the quick and efficient technical support and the range of advanced features it offers. It works really well for managing hundreds of clients and one thing I especially appreciate is how stable the platform is. The installation was very quick and the documentation is clearly put together and helpful.
Cons
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say.

“advanced features”
Pros
From the start, this platform has felt current and well maintained, with advanced features that stay aligned with today's needs. The interface makes day to day management effortless and the reporting gives a full, detailed view of operations. The AI powered contact center management is quick and responsive which has been a real advantage. Another big plus is that it works with our existing infrastructure so we didn't have to change the architecture already in place. On top of that customer support has been fast and effective whenever any situation has come up.
Cons
At this point, we haven't run into any critical issues.

“quick setup”
Pros
Getting everything configured and managed is quite simple. The information provided is consistently accurate and support is there whenever it's needed. On top of that issues get resolved quickly and the range of services available is very broad.
Cons
The products and services have been consistently effective. I really don't have anything negative to point out.

“Reliable multitenant connectivity”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the multitenant management because it lets you stay connected to your company wherever you are. The many CRM integrations are also very useful and it's a big plus that the product keeps evolving over time. It's reassuring to know there's a development team consistently working on updates. I also see the SIP trunk as an essential part of putting your PBX on the internet while still maintaining full protection against attacks which are becoming more and more common today.
Cons
A worthwhile improvement would be to make the menus more compact by grouping the different items into larger sections. That would make navigation feel more organized.

“all in one communication powerhouse”
Pros
Having it in place has been incredibly useful because it brings calls, messages, emails and video into one platform so handling different communication needs feels much more organized. The auto answer feature, plus auto routing and voicemail options, gives me a complete setup for managing both incoming and outgoing calls without any problem. Another thing I really appreciated was how user friendly the initial setup was which made getting started quick and efficient.
Cons
One thing I don't like about it is that the dashboard customization in the user interface feels limited.

“useful features”
Pros
On paper, the feature set looks useful and when everything is working properly, it does what it's supposed to do.
Cons
Using PBXware feels like it could be much more user friendly since navigation and basic functionality can be harder than they should be. I also ran into problems when trying to enter my phone number which makes it feel like the usability and interface still need improvement.

“Responsive support team”
Pros
It has been a very stable, feature packed system for us. It works with a wide range of phones and they keep adding support for newer models. One thing that really helps is being able to work directly with Bicom engineers at the core level when something needs fixing and their chat support responds fast during urgent situations which keeps our service running without disruption.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve for tenants who want to manage things on their own and even smaller change requests can take a bit longer than expected at times. Faster updates and a more user friendly onboarding process would make the overall experience even better.
