Pros
The service quality is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. However, I think the SMS feature could use some improvement.
Cons
The SMS feature doesn't work, no matter what I try. This makes it not ideal for sole proprietors or S-corps.

I really appreciate how convenient it is to use a Phone Burner session to stay connected with my clients and potential clients. Following up has become a part of my daily routine, and when I have multiple clients to follow up with, a Phone Burner session provides an easy and effective solution that suits my needs.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't allow me to make three way calls.

Phone Burner is an excellent CRM system that combines both functionality and flexibility. It's incredibly easy to upload as many leads as I need and I can sort and prioritize them. Setting up dialing sessions to contact prospects while having my phone scripts visible is a huge advantage, no more stumbling over my words! I can also customize follow-up emails and the system records my results. The Smart Sender feature packages videos and links into a neat email bundle that I can send to prospects and clients, which is really convenient. The instructional videos are well-made and answer most questions, and if I need help, the support team is quick and very helpful. Overall, Phone Burner is a great tool for building trustworthy client relationships. It's an invaluable addition to my toolkit!

“Wonderful experience using phone burner
Pros
I work in the rare coin business and our company introduces new offers each week. The ease of use with this product is fantastic, as I can record a 60 second message about each opportunity and leave it for customers. I can also send an email to ensure maximum exposure and contact delivery. However, only about 10-20% of the 100 calls I schedule through Phone Burner are actually answered. Despite this, the program is very effective and I receive callbacks and online business every day.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Whoever designed this system clearly understood exactly what every salesperson needs.
