“great fit for our team”

Pros

Working with their team has been a real pleasure. The product checked all the boxes for our company's needs and is incredibly user friendly which has been a big advantage for us. As we continue building our relationship with the team, I'm excited about what should be a very rewarding partnership.

Cons

At this point, I don't see any downsides to this product.

“auto dialer works well”

Pros

The auto dialer has been the biggest plus for me and the analytics you get with this software are really useful too. It also gives you the flexibility to work from basically anywhere which makes a big difference. On top of that having a free trial available is a nice bonus.

Cons

So far I really do not have anything negative to say about the software. I have been using it for around 6 to 8 months and it has continued to provide everything I have needed.

“Solid salesforce sync”

Pros

Switching to this was a big improvement for us. Response times are nearly instant and communication with their support team has been excellent. Their Salesforce integration is very reliable, the admin console is user friendly and the overall service they provide is highly efficient. We originally moved to this app because our previous vendor was slow to respond and had an overly complicated IVR so this has been a much better experience.

Cons

One area where I think this app could do better is its conferencing features.

“quick installation”

Pros

Installation and setup were quick and the feature set is really solid. Being able to use it on PC, Mac, iPhone android and even a hardphone has been a big advantage. It made remote work much easier for our telephone operators and during the COVID period the software was a huge help for working from home.

Cons

The first versions of the software had a few bugs but it has improved over time and now it feels quite stable.

“easy to pick up”

Pros

After about seven months with it, we're genuinely very happy with both the feature set and the latest updates. Our team picked it up quickly and only needed a short introduction session to get started. The local presence calling feature has been especially impressive for international outreach since clients are much more likely to answer when they see a domestic number and feel confident they'll be helped in their own language.

Cons

There were a few challenges around company specific CRM requirements but PhoneIQ's support team handled them very well and with a lot of patience. They were available by phone and on Zoom which honestly isn't something you see very often anymore.

“Cloud based device management win”

Pros

Having everything set up in one centralized cloud system makes this platform really convenient to use. Managing devices is simple and the business model also makes a lot of sense.

Cons

Sometimes tracking down the actual issue or error can be difficult because business phone solutions involve many moving parts in the overall architecture.

“top notch service”

Pros

Right away it stood out for its Salesforce integration, analytics, smart routing and dial pad activity creation. Being able to pull up Salesforce records quickly is a big help and their customer service has been absolutely top notch.

Cons

Every now and then we run into a small glitch where the call log doesn't update right away.

“salesforce integration is really useful”

Pros

One of the biggest reasons we value this platform is how well it integrates with Salesforce which lets us link calls to records very quickly.

Cons

We ran into one or two issues with the desktop app and our internal security settings at first but after updating everything, it now works perfectly for our users.

“top tier support”

Pros

PhoneIQ has the best customer service of any dialer I've used, along with more features than any other platform I've implemented. Whenever troubleshooting comes up, users have questions or I want to suggest a new feature, the team is consistently available and helpful. They're by far the most responsive and receptive support team I've worked with.

Cons

At the beginning more than a year ago, there were a few hiccups tied to the challenges of people working from home on all kinds of hardware. It wasn't really an issue with the platform itself, just an effect of the pandemic situation starting in 2020 and beyond.
