“fast responses by the support team”
Pros
Right away, the response speed stood out to me. It does an excellent job of sounding like a friendly customer service rep and it handles more complex tasks without any trouble. It has also saved my business a lot of money since we previously needed a full time contact center before switching to this. The UI is very user friendly, I can connect different integrations without much effort and putting together my use case is easy. When I compared it with other options, the pricing was also very competitive.
Cons
One improvement I'd still like to see is more customization in the call flows and reporting. The platform is simple to work with but deeper analytics and more flexible setup options would make it even stronger especially for larger businesses or for companies with more specific needs.

“all in one AI platform”
Pros
After trying a bunch of voice AI platforms, this is the one that genuinely came out ahead. What really won me over is that it goes beyond phone calls. You get AI agents for voice, chat, SMS and more all in one place and it keeps performing well even as volume increases without the quality dropping off. A lot of tools handle one area well but this one quietly manages all of it and that has made the biggest difference for our team. It was also really simple to use right from the start. Onboarding went smoothly and the support team is actually there when you need them which made the whole setup process painless.
Cons
I don't have anything to complain about.

“It keeps improving”
Pros
One thing that stands out with this is how natural the AI conversations sound compared to a lot of other voice platforms. It was easy to get up and running, it's been reliable and it helps automate customer interactions without making the experience feel robotic or impersonal. On top of that the team works quickly and keeps improving the product based on user feedback.
Cons
Since the platform is growing quickly, there are still a handful of features and integrations I'd like to see expanded over time. That said, the team is very responsive to feedback and continues shipping improvements so most of those gaps tend to get addressed pretty fast.
