Pros

Having multiple extensions in one app and controlling everything from a single place has been a huge plus. It makes managing ring groups, auto attendants, voicemail and personal hours really easy. The call quality has also been excellent and the phone interface feels very close to the native phone experience.

Cons

At times, the speaker and headset settings switch to something like AirPlay when a call first starts. It would be nice to see that behavior refined a bit so it works even more like the native phone interface.
