“strong CRM sync”
Pros
From the start, it stood out for how efficiently it handles large volumes of outbound calls. The dialer is quick and dependable which really helps increase talk time and overall productivity. Another big plus is how well it connects with CRM systems so tracking leads, updating call notes and managing follow ups can all happen in real time. Altogether, it keeps the workflow running well and supports better performance in a results focused environment.
Cons
Sometimes, it can be a little challenging when occasional call delays or connection issues interrupt the natural flow of conversations especially during heavy outbound dialing periods. The interface also takes some time for new users to become fully comfortable with. That said, once there's more experience with the platform and the setup is properly configured, those issues become more manageable and it still proves to be an effective tool for outbound calling.

“calls go through easily”
Pros
Calls go through easily and everyone on the line can hear each other clearly without any glitches. The dialer is especially useful too since I can place calls either by entering the customer's profile ID or by manually dialing the phone number from the keypad.
Cons
Incoming calls sometimes show up without the customer's information which gets pretty frustrating. I'm also not a fan of calls coming in on line 2 while I'm already speaking with someone else.

“accurate dialer”
Pros
Getting started is quick and the payout amounts are pretty high. The dialer is accurate and dependable, the audio is clear and the microphone connection quality is excellent.
Cons
The dialer can be slow at times and sometimes comes with a wait of more than 10 minutes. The leads also feel very cold which can end up wasting a lot of time.

“dialing automation that delivers”
Pros
Everything works just the way it's supposed to. It takes care of the repetitive manual work for me so I no longer have to dial phone numbers by hand.
Cons
There's no call recording feature so I can't go back and listen to calls later. The microphone quality also isn't the strongest and it really needs a solid internet connection to work well.

“Standout support”
Pros
Right away, this tool feels built for teams doing a lot of outbound sales. The interface is logical, the automation is strong and the support team is genuinely helpful. A big plus is how user friendly the dashboards and UI are so new agents can start dialing productively on day one without needing much training. The dialer tools are one of the best parts especially the predictive dialer which can handle around 12 to 28 lines per agent at once to cut down idle time and improve live connect rates. It also helps that the built in CRM automatically saves call recordings, notes and dispositions which makes accountability and lead follow up much more organized. On top of that customer support consistently stands out as responsive and knowledgeable, with experts available by phone, email or chat to help with setup and troubleshooting.
Cons
That said, there are still some weak spots. The learning curve can be steep, the native integrations are limited and it's missing AI tools for email and phone verification. The mobile version especially feels rushed and underdeveloped, almost like all the attention went to desktop while mobile was treated as an afterthought. Fast scrolling tends to lag badly, the buttons are small and cramped and the overall experience doesn't feel fluid. It's frustrating because the core concept is strong but the unfinished mobile execution really hurts the momentum.

“navigation is effortless”
Pros
Navigation is effortless and the system is simple to use. I was already familiar with this software from using it before so getting back into it felt natural. I also enjoy having access to the different services it offers.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is the occasional latency. There are times when the client information appears only after I'm already connected which is definitely not ideal.

“useful reporting feature”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well the predictive dialer handles high volume outbound calling. It keeps agents connected to live calls on a consistent basis which boosts productivity and cuts down on idle time. The campaign management features and reporting tools are also really helpful.
Cons
At the same time, a few features do take some time to learn at first. The interface is not instantly easy to understand especially when setting up campaigns or tweaking dialer settings for the first time.

Pros
It's predictive dialer is excellent. It keeps talk time high, cuts down idle time between calls and runs smoothly.

“fantastic appointment tools”
Pros
Getting around Readymode is very easy and the built in tools for setting appointments and following up with clients make the whole process incredibly convenient. I'd recommend it to just about any company.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. It works very well overall though if I had to pick something, it can be harder to access at times when too many people in the company are using it at once.

“Better follow ups”
Pros
This made a big difference for our sales team from the get go. The dialer helps our agents move through leads much faster than manual dialing which means more live conversations, more appointments set and more offers made throughout the day. The calendar tool has also been really useful since it shows reminders for scheduled calls and lets agents see exactly how much time is left before the next callback. That has helped the team stay organized and keep up with follow ups without things slipping through the cracks. We also get a lot of value from the call history because agents can quickly review what happened on prior calls before reaching out to a lead again. On top of that importing data into the system is simple and being able to customize call dispositions around our workflow has been a huge plus for the way our team operates.
Cons
The platform performs really well overall though there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning which is pretty common with dialer systems. Once new agents understand the setup and get used to the workflows, it becomes much more natural to use.

“clear call quality”
Pros
The standout for us has been how fast the predictive dialer works. It cuts down the dead time between calls by automatically adjusting the dialing pace based on agent availability. We moved away from manual dialing and started closing a lot more deals because my team is spending more time actually speaking with prospects instead of waiting through ringing. The Call Whispering and Barging tools have been huge for training as well. I'm able to guide new reps live without the prospect realizing it which has made coaching much more effective. Another big plus is the interface, its so user friendly that most new hires get comfortable with it within just a few hours. Call quality has also been excellent. We almost never deal with lag or dropped calls and that really matters when you're trying to sound professional. On top of that the unlimited outbound minutes make monthly billing much more predictable.
Cons
An area that could be better is the reporting dashboard which feels somewhat inflexible. I'd really like more advanced filtering options and a simpler way to export custom data sets without having to go through so many extra steps. The per user pricing is also on the higher side compared to some competitors. Even though the feature set is strong, the cost can become a challenge for smaller teams once you start adding more seats and extra DIDs.

“quick dialing that boosts productivity”
Pros
Honestly, it felt effortless to navigate. The interface is user friendly so moving between calls, leads and campaigns is simple and doesn't take much effort. It also helps a lot with productivity since the dialing system is quick and efficient, letting agents manage a high volume of calls with very few interruptions.
Cons
At times, the system runs into minor delays or occasional connection problems during calls. It would be even better if the platform improved its stability and cut down on lag to make the overall experience better.

“customizable time tracking feature”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the way it tracks time which helps me stay more efficient throughout the day. It also gives clear visibility into how time is being spent and there seems to be a mode for just about everything which makes it highly customizable. Another big plus is being able to get assigned to multiple calling lists at the same time.
Cons
Every now and then, there is some "dead air." That's what my team calls it when the system seems like it has connected to a call but the call never actually goes through.

“everything right where you need it”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so it's simple to locate whatever you're looking for and quickly access the tools or sections you need to use.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that it doesn't always keep me signed in. There are times when Readymode asks me to log in again even though either I or someone else is still logged in.

“outdated workflow”
Pros
Running high volume outbound campaigns is much more efficient with this automated dialer. It also comes with helpful call management and reporting features for supervisors and teams and the combination of the dialer with CRM style lead management works well.
Cons
Getting started can take a bit of time especially for users who are new to call center platforms. Support response times are occasionally slower than expected and the interface and overall workflow could use a more modern update.

“powerful dialer for high volume”
Pros
The dialer quality is excellent and handling DIDs is easy. It can place a large number of calls at once and route connected calls to agents fast which helps boost call volume and generate more leads.
Cons
A few users have mentioned slow response times or trouble getting in touch with support. Another major concern is caller ID reputation since numbers can sometimes show up as "Spam Likely."

“Fast dialer performance”
Pros
Right from the start, the dialer features have been excellent and calls connect incredibly fast with very little delay. I'd definitely recommend this dialer.
Cons
Even though I'm not the one paying for this dialer, I still hope my company or boss can get some discounts for using this software.

“manages high call volumes well”
Pros
This tool delivers a dependable dialing experience with steady call flow and consistent connectivity. One thing that really stood out to me was how smooth the calling process feels compared with a lot of other dialers I've used in the past. It manages high call volumes well and the call routing stays stable which is crucial for outbound teams that depend on nonstop dialing without disruptions. The interface is also pretty simple so agents can get up and running quickly without needing to spend a lot of time figuring out complex settings. Overall, the platform does a solid job of keeping calls stable which helps protect productivity during longer calling sessions and lets agents stay focused on conversations instead of technical problems.
Cons
One noticeable drawback while using this is that it doesn't include built in SMS functionality. In current outbound sales and lead generation workflows, SMS follow ups matter a lot because many prospects would rather respond to a text than a call especially if they missed the first outreach attempt. Without native texting features, teams have to depend on third party tools or separate systems just to send messages and that creates extra steps in the workflow. It would be far more efficient if SMS were built directly into the dialer so agents could send follow ups, confirmations or short messages without jumping between platforms. Adding SMS support would make the platform much more flexible and help it compete better with other dialing solutions on the market.

“great onboarding experience”
Pros
I can bring new people into our organization, get them signed in and have them using the auto dialer to start earning right away with only very basic equipment. I'm talking about a $30 Chromebook 11 that couldn't even be updated or download new apps, connected through a Lifeline EBT cell phone hotspot. Even with that setup, back in October 2025, the person in this example was able to begin working and making money immediately without running into tech related barriers.
Cons
I honestly don't have much to complain about. The only thing I'd like is a way to view individual lead data before making a manual dial if that feature isn't already there. It's possible the tool can do this and I just haven't figured out how yet.

“responsive support team”
Pros
It covers all the features we need. The communication tools between users are simple to work with and tech support is quick to respond, helpful and readily available whenever needed.
Cons
The downside is that it appears to consume a fair amount of system resources and can be pretty particular about the operating environments it runs in. It also doesn't seem to work well with several platforms.
