“fast dialing”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how insanely fast the dialer is. The multi line predictive dialing keeps calls flowing so you're actually spending time talking instead of sitting there waiting for someone to pick up. Having everything on a single screen helps a lot too. Since the CRM and phone system are built together, you don't have to keep bouncing between tabs while speaking with a merchant. The call logs are reliable and the automatic call recording comes through clearly without cutting out which is really helpful for compliance and covering yourself when needed. On top of that the security is strong. Features like IP whitelisting make it much less stressful when it comes to lead theft or possible data breaches.

Cons

That said, it does freeze more often than it should. Random bugs happen, ghost calls pop up and sometimes the screen just locks in the middle of a shift so you end up refreshing the browser to keep going. The backend can also be a real pain to deal with. Making setup changes, adjusting dialer speeds or fixing lists comes with a pretty harsh learning curve if you're not especially technical. Pricing is another downside. The per user cost doesn't feel like the best value if you're running a smaller team with only a few agents. It is also very picky about internet quality. If your office ethernet is not consistently strong, you can expect choppy audio and dropped calls.

“User friendly interface”

Pros

Getting started is pretty simple because the interface is user friendly so agents can pick it up quickly. The automated dialing and CRM integration help save a lot of time and cut down on manual tasks. Call recording and monitoring are also useful for improving call quality and helping with training. Another plus is the support team which is usually responsive and helps resolve problems quickly. It also scales well, whether you're running a smaller team or a larger call center. On top of that the reporting tools offer clear analytics and dashboards that make performance tracking much easier.

Cons

There are still a few drawbacks to keep in mind. Some of the more advanced features can take new users a while to fully understand. The system can also feel a bit slow or laggy during busy peak times. Customization is another area where it falls a little short since certain workflows or reports aren't as flexible as I'd want. Integrating it with third party tools may require extra setup and occasional troubleshooting too. While the interface works well enough, the overall design feels somewhat dated compared with newer platforms. Support is helpful but response times can vary depending on the type of issue.

“enterprise dialing done right”

Pros

It delivers the most user friendly dialing experience I've used. It feels simple and polished at the same time. True to the name, an agent just switches from "break" to "ready," and the platform handles 100% of the dialing in the background, with a single beep when someone answers. I've used Wavv and Kixie Dialer as well and Readymode clearly comes out ahead. One of its biggest strengths is scalability as it's built like a true enterprise level platform. Onboarding new agents is very quick because the system is so user friendly. The admin panel also offers a level of control I haven't seen in other systems. On top of that the AI dialer chooses the best time to call each lead based on previous attempts which is a huge advantage.

Cons

Honestly, not much to complain about. It's a very polished system overall. The initial setup can be a bit more involved than with some other dialers but that mainly comes from how much control this platform gives you compared to anything else on the market.

“great workflow boost”

Pros

Right away, this platform stood out for its clean, user friendly interface and how efficiently it handles outbound calling campaigns. It makes lead organization simple, automates dialing well and lets you track performance in real time. I also really appreciated how reliable the platform felt and how much it improved the workflow since agents can spend more time actually talking to people instead of getting stuck doing manual tasks.

Cons

One thing that felt a bit lacking was the level of customization and flexibility when it came to more advanced workflows. During heavier calling periods, there were occasional technical hiccups, lag and a few features had a learning curve and felt complicated to use at first. On top of that the reporting tools could be more detailed and a lot easier to customize for specific needs.

“mass dialing is incredible”

Pros

This thing calls a huge number of people all at once and I basically just sit back and wait for someone to answer. It's honestly amazing.

Cons

At the beginning, it's a bit intimidating to figure out and almost feels like you need astronaut level training or like you're operating Apollo 9. Once you get the hang of it though, it's awesome. A tutorial would definitely be helpful.

“really solid performance”

Pros

After about a week of using it, it's been a really good program and I'm enjoying it a lot. It works well and even though I haven't spent a ton of time with it yet, my experience so far has been very positive.

Cons

So far, I haven't run into any issues. Like I mentioned, I still haven't been using it for very long but so far everything has been working really well.

“fantastic for callbacks”

Pros

Handling calls and keeping up with clients on this platform is really simple and being able to replay call logs and schedule callbacks makes day to day work much easier. The customer support team is quick to respond, very helpful and overall it feels like money well spent.

Cons

Every now and then it glitches and won't place calls and the interface does look a bit outdated. There are also times when callbacks overlap which can be frustrating.

“efficient dialer”

Pros

Getting around the platform is easy and it works very efficiently overall. Everything is simple enough to understand though I'd probably appreciate it even more if the information were organized a bit better for someone trying to use it with very little training.

Cons

Sometimes it freezes and the dialer keeps pausing but aside from that, it's been very good overall.

“helpful call history”

Pros

Having access to call logs and call history makes it much easier to go back through past prospects and uncover more leads. The interface is user friendly and manual dialing works really well and feels simple to use.

Cons

The beep sound is too loud and the automated dialing for callbacks is not that helpful. The calendar also needs improvement and should be updated to feel simpler and more user friendly.

“absolutely worth the money”

Pros

Honestly, getting this system for around $600 feels like an incredible deal. It offers a ton for the price and honestly, it's one of the best systems out there. If you're considering using it, I'd say stop overthinking it and just go for it.

Cons

I really don't have any actual complaints. The system is very simple to learn and use. If I had to mention anything at all, it would just be that some calls end up being people's voicemail but that's not really an issue with the system itself.

“quick to learn”

Pros

The system feels effortless to use even for an old timer lol. It didn't take much to pick up and adjusting to it was pretty simple especially since I hadn't used a CRM in quite a while.

Cons

Only thing that seems off is the call log playback. It only plays recordings when I'm in dial mode?? Maybe I'm missing something but right now I can only listen to calls while in dial mode.

“Great call quality”

Pros

Running high volume calling through this has been a really solid experience. The platform feels user friendly, the dialer works quickly and call quality is usually dependable. The interface also makes lead management and workflow handling much more simplified and the reporting tools do a nice job of showing performance in a clear organized way.

Cons

Every now and then, the system slows down a bit or runs into small technical issues, mostly during busier hours. A few features could use more customization options and the cost might feel a little steep for smaller teams.

Setup was fast so I was up and running without any major trouble. The call quality stayed reliable which is something I really need for everyday use. I also had a good experience with the support team since they responded quickly and were helpful whenever I had questions. There's still a little room to grow when it comes to advanced features but it does its main job very well. Overall, Ready Mode Dialer comes across as a dependable and user friendly choice.

“fast dialer”

Pros

Something that really helps day to day is how fast the predictive dialer runs since it keeps idle time to a minimum. The interface also makes qualifying a prospect very simple and I can transfer the lead to another team right away without the call dropping. On top of that the platform is very user friendly which is a big advantage for daily operations.

Cons

At times, the system has minor lag or small audio glitches especially during peak hours. Also even though the sales and customer management tools work well, the reporting dashboard feels a little awkward compared to the rest of the platform.

“it boosts productivity”

Pros

What really stood out is how much more efficient the power dialer makes the workflow. It cuts down the idle time between calls and lets sales reps spend more time actually talking to people which ends up improving both productivity and overall results.

Cons

If I had to point out a downside, it would be the learning curve at the beginning. There are a lot of features to get used to so it can take a little time to feel fully comfortable but once that happens, it really does improve efficiency.
