“Handy reports”

Pros

Readymode really stands out for its user friendly interface and dependable predictive dialer which helps agents work through calls more efficiently. The reporting features and real time monitoring are also very useful making it simpler for supervisors to keep campaigns on track and manage performance.

Cons

A drawback is that it can sometimes run into lag or connectivity problems especially when call volume gets high. On top of that some of the reporting and customization features feel like they could be developed further with more advanced options.

“runs very smoothly”

Pros

We can add notes, auto dial call lists and schedule callbacks without any trouble. It runs very fast and smoothly and it never seems to glitch. I really think it's a strong fit for call centers and agents would appreciate how reliable it is. It also gives excellent value for the money with how effectively it helps you connect with customers, have conversations and close deals.

Cons

Honestly, it's difficult to find anything to dislike about it. I haven't had any problems using it and since the developers are always working on improvements, I feel confident they'll stay ahead of any issues that might come up.

“outdated dialer interface”

Pros

Auto dialing can call through all the numbers and dispositions can be edited which helps the tech team improve results. Customer service is also a strong point.

Cons

DIDs often show up as spam and get blocked automatically or they appear as political calls. The dialer also has an outdated interface.

“no lag while using it”

Pros

One thing I really enjoy about this software is how simple and efficient the whole system feels. It's consistently responsive, never seems to lag and works quickly and intelligently every time I use it.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. It performs really well, works amazingly and I've had almost no issues with it. The only small problem is that it occasionally shows a "phone not detected" message.

“user friendly tool”

Pros

Getting new callers set up, handling dispositions and learning how to use it is pretty simple. The platform feels user friendly overall and the admin side gives really solid visibility for live audits and pulling reports.

Cons

At the same time, it doesn't seem to be progressing the way other dialers are today. Tools like Orum offer a much more modern and advanced experience across both the caller and manager views. A lot of competing dialers are also leaning into AI now, including features like automatically identifying call outcomes and generating full call transcripts regardless of whether the conversation was in English or another European language.

“organized workflow”

Pros

Right away, it feels well organized and simple to work with. The interface is clean so getting around the platform is super easy even for someone new. Handling leads, placing calls and keeping track of results all feels structured and efficient. It is also nice being able to switch between tasks quickly without getting confused or losing track of where things are. The dialer tools help speed up the workflow and save time during the day. Another thing I appreciate is having information kept in one place which makes it much easier to look back at previous calls or notes. Overall, it helps agents stay productive and focused making the workday feel more manageable and less stressful.

Cons

My overall experience has been very positive but there are still a few areas where it could improve. At times, the dialing system feels a little inconsistent and there are moments when calls need to be placed manually because the automation does not work the way it should. When that happens, it can slow things down a bit especially during busy calling periods. Some of the more advanced features also come with a learning curve and may not be immediately obvious to newer users. Built in guidance or more tutorials would make it easier for beginners to understand everything the platform offers. Even with that, these issues feel fairly minor compared to how useful the system is overall.

“layout is clean”

Pros

It was simple to get started with even for someone new to using a dialer system. The layout is clean and organized in a way that makes navigating the platform and handling calls feel manageable instead of overwhelming. One of the biggest strengths is its strong dialer functionality, including predictive dialing, call management and a consistent call flow that really helps boost productivity. It also fits nicely into existing workflows which makes day to day tasks quicker and more efficient. Overall, it makes calling campaigns much easier to manage while delivering dependable performance and the tools needed for high volume calling environments.

Cons

There is honestly not much to complain about from what I have seen. The platform runs consistently and most of its features feel well built for everyday calling tasks. It is easy to learn and the dialer remains reliable throughout campaigns. If anything, it could always benefit from a few extra customization options or additional integrations down the line but those feel more like minor ideas for improvement than actual problems. Overall, I have not run into any serious issues while using it. Readymode has been a dependable and efficient tool that makes managing calls and workflows a lot easier.
