Pros

It's easy to use and the platform comes with a powerful set of features included in the price which is something a lot of competing products don't offer without extra charges. The multiple infrastructure integration options also make it very flexible and simple to deploy in different environments. On top of that the support team has been excellent.

Cons

After thinking it over, I honestly couldn't come up with any real downsides. The only thing anyone could wish for is that it were completely free and there was nothing at all to pay for.
