This is truly amazing software

Pros

The system is truly outstanding, and the customer support is exceptional. The team has been incredibly helpful in reviewing my processes and offering insightful suggestions to improve my return on investment (ROI). I really appreciate their guidance.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues. Both the system and the support have been excellent.

Overall good, but customer support needs to be improved

Pros

The speed at which we can contact leads is incredible. I saw a noticeable improvement in the efficiency and productivity of our internet leads almost immediately after implementing the system.

Cons

The customer support could definitely be improved. I've had several frustrating experiences where I spent 45 minutes on a Zoom call and made no progress. I often have to schedule a separate session with customer support to actually get my questions answered.

Loved to use it!

Pros

I absolutely love everything about this system. There's nothing I can complain about, it's all been great.

Cons

I think the system needs to be more streamlined for my service team. It feels a bit complicated and they could benefit from a more simplified, user-friendly interface.

Great and excellent!

Pros

With this system, no lead gets overlooked. In our old system, we used to lose track of leads, but that's no longer an issue.

Cons

The complexity of the system can be a challenge at times. It takes us some time to get fully comfortable with all the features and settings.

I definitely recommend ricochet

Pros

This tool takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process for my employees. When a lead comes in, it's immediately called, and the system automatically moves on to the next one. It simplifies the whole workflow, freeing up time and mental energy for other tasks.

Cons

The cost is a bit high and I do wish it had been more affordable in the past. Had it been more budget-friendly, I would have given it a try much earlier.

The customer service is really good

Pros

The reporting features are fantastic, especially when it comes to reviewing our history. It gives valuable insights into performance and behavior over time.

Cons

It's important to make sure users are properly connected to hardware via Ethernet. Without this, there can be connectivity issues.
