“user friendly setup”
Pros
One of the best parts of using this has been the quality of their customer support. The team is knowledgeable, patient and really good at guiding you through troubleshooting without making the process frustrating. Anytime I've needed help, the response has been quick and most of the time the issue gets resolved on the first call. That kind of consistency makes a big difference and gives a lot of confidence when relying on the platform for daily operations. Another huge plus is how simple this is to learn. The layout is logical, the interface feels well organized and it doesn't take long for new users to feel comfortable using it. Whether it's exploring features, adjusting settings or onboarding new staff, the learning curve stays low which helps the team stay productive without wasting time.
Cons
I haven't run into any major negatives with this. It continues to cover all of our company's operational needs, from day to day communication to troubleshooting support. The features we depend on perform the way they should and we haven't come across any limitations that interrupt workflow or reduce productivity. If anything, it has gone beyond what we expected by offering tools that help simplify our processes without needing extra training or major changes.

“reliable calls and faxing”
Pros
It has been dependable for my business especially for faxing and handling incoming and outgoing calls. The setup process was also pretty quick and didn't take much effort.
Cons
An issue I've run into is texting which can be inconsistent at times. Some messages show up hours after they were originally sent and by then the chance to respond to something urgent has already passed.

“useful multichannel workspace”
Pros
This has been reliable to work with and loaded with practical contact center features. The unified agent workspace was especially useful, along with the reporting tools and the ability to manage multiple customer channels from a single platform.
Cons
Something that took more time was getting comfortable with the more advanced features and reporting. The initial setup and customization can be fairly time consuming and the cost tends to climb as you add more capabilities.

“fantastic AI notes”
Pros
Using this tool has been really simple. My favorite part is being able to take calls and send texts to anyone on my team without any hassle. I can also set up groups and send messages to everyone in them at once which is very convenient. The AI feature is another big plus because it transcribes all of my calls and helps us keep track of exactly what was discussed.
Cons
The only downside for me is the notifications in the phone app. Adjusting or fixing them in the settings is pretty difficult.

“Clean interface for calling”
Pros
Dialing out to different customers and businesses feels very easy especially when you just need something simple and not overly complicated. The interface is clean and pleasant to work with too.
Cons
Updates can take a little while to go through and the callback system feels somewhat laggy at times. It's not a huge issue though. I'm also not really a fan of the color scheme but it doesn't affect usability.

“simple to use”
Pros
It's been very simple to use and I really appreciate that it's now integrated across all of my devices. I can take calls from my office PC when I'm at my desk or answer them on my cell when I'm away from the office.
Cons
Caller ID on internally transferred calls still needs work. It's very difficult to tell who is actually calling when a call has been transferred internally.

“handling calls with this is easy”
Pros
Switching to this was a really solid move for our team. It gives us much better value and handling calls has become a lot simpler. There are plenty of customization features to work with, along with lots of options overall. We almost never run into bugs or technical issues. It's also very user friendly and the customer support team is excellent. Honestly, we hardly ever need to contact them because the system is easy to pick up.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside it would be the lack of a more in depth training program. We did get a training session during onboarding but most of the learning really happens while using it day to day. The more calls you handle, transfer and manage, the more comfortable you get. I just wish there were additional videos and more detailed training materials available.

“poor usability”
Pros
This offers VOIP features that let you make and receive calls, send texts and manage voicemails. It also has customization options which gives some flexibility.
Cons
From the moment I used it the overall experience felt confusing and hard to follow. The interface just didn't click for me and it ended up feeling impractical for daily use. Even when I had access to it, I still chose other tools most of the time because this one wasn't usable enough.

“flexible communication options”
Pros
RingCX's tools have been really solid for communication overall. Across the board, it offers customizable options for calls and general communication which makes it work well for different needs.
Cons
The system works well although the visuals do feel a bit dated. The design could use some refreshed colors and a few interface updates to make it feel more modern.

“helpful AI insights for client engagement”
Pros
One feature I really appreciated was the AI driven wording suggestions based on the client's sentiment. It also added a scoring view that helped show how engaged the client was throughout the interaction.
Cons
At the same time the AI can feel like its mircomanaging me in regards to how client communication is handled. On top of that it can lead supervising managers to expect even more from customer service representatives.

“solid value”
Pros
It's been a pretty good value for the cost and the system is generally reliable with clear call quality. One thing that's especially useful is being able to use the same phone numbers across multiple work locations.
Cons
Getting support when it's needed can be difficult. I've definitely been frustrated at times trying to get help when something goes wrong.

“navigation is simple”
Pros
The clarity and overall usability have been really solid. Both the app and the website are simple to navigate and everything feels organized enough that I've never even needed to reach out to the support team.
Cons
Sometimes the service has random interruptions, like getting logged out automatically. That becomes pretty frustrating and inconvenient especially when it happens in the middle of working on something.

“good call quality”
Pros
Using it felt very easy from the start. The call quality stayed consistently good and it was simple to pull up my recorded calls whenever I needed them.
Cons
There really wasn't anything specific that stood out as a downside at the time. We've moved on to a different system now but this worked well for us while we were using it.

“fantastic support team”
Pros
Phone support has been amazing and features like SMS messaging really add a lot. It's a strong value for the money and the learning curve is light which makes the whole system both useful and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
One thing I still wish was offered is a better way to forward messages and incoming calls to my cell phone. That said, I suspect that option may already be available and just hasn't been fully set up by our admin.

“great choice for office work”
Pros
Having both a mobile app and the option to place calls from anywhere is a big plus. The navigation is logical and user friendly and overall it feels like a really solid product for office use.
Cons
The newer texting regulations have made things a little frustrating since it's no longer as simple to text outside numbers. There are times when messages come in but replying to them isn't possible.

“portal is simple to access”
Pros
Getting started was quick and it feels like a solid value for the price. There's plenty of phone support available, the portal is simple to access and it's convenient being able to view voicemail in both audio and transcription formats.
Cons
At times, calls get skipped when multiple lines are connected. Other than that, there really isn't much to complain about with this service.

“Reliable call tracking overall”
Pros
It does a really good job of monitoring both outgoing and incoming calls and it also keeps accurate records of how long each call lasts.
Cons
There are times when the system goes down and it can take quite a while before it is back online. Over the years I've used it, this has happened more than three times in a month and when I contacted support about it, the issue was never handled quickly.

“amazing transcription feature”
Pros
This comes with extra tools for workload management and time blocking and the call recordings are clear too. A feature I especially appreciate is voicemail forwarding to email since it keeps me updated when someone has called while I'm tied up with other tasks. On top of that the automatic transcription gives it an advantage over similar tools. As a non native English speaker, that feature is incredibly helpful.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides. Ring Central has been excellent for me and I would absolutely recommend this tool.

“handy faxing”
Pros
RingCX has become my go to business phone system for plenty of reasons. It lets me send and receive faxes, exchange text messages, place calls, keep all my contacts organized and review a full history of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. I also really appreciate that my phone number and fax number are the same. Call quality has been consistently excellent. I've never dealt with dropped calls, echo or static on the line. Every conversation comes through with outstanding clarity.
Cons
What I still haven't figured out is where my sent faxes are stored. I was trying to track down a fax I had sent a few weeks earlier but I couldn't find the copy I created and sent. I also haven't had the chance to contact support yet to ask where sent faxes are kept or how long this tool saves them.

“constant disconnects and status glitches”
Pros
The built in chat between offices and departments is a nice touch and having a fax feature included is useful as well.
Cons
It keeps disconnecting all the time and it will randomly show agents who are online as offline or stuck in DND which creates ongoing availability problems.
