“helpful support”
Pros
Getting customers set up is really easy which has been a big plus. Being able to build your own PBX makes it simple to customize everything around each customer's needs and overall experience. The training is very thorough as well and their support team has been incredibly helpful whenever needed.
Cons
If I could change one thing, I'd probably organize some of the features a bit differently.
