RingLogix Features
The quoting tool allows partners to create service quotes within the platform using predefined pricing and tax rules. Customers can review and approve quotes online, then complete signup without manual follow-ups. Approved quotes are stored and used as the basis for account creation and service provisioning.
Once a quote is accepted, the system automatically activates customer services. Voice lines, numbers, and selected features are provisioned without manual configuration. Additional services can be added later on a per-item basis, allowing partners to update customer setups without rebuilding existing agreements.
The built-in billing module manages recurring subscriptions, applies taxes, and generates invoices tied to active services. Payments can be collected directly through the platform. Billing updates reflect service changes, helping partners keep invoices accurate as customer accounts evolve.
