User friendly and effective

Pros

What I liked most about Ringover is how easy it is to use and the flexible interface. Being able to manage calls and messages from a single platform, accessible on both desktop and mobile, makes us very responsive. The call quality is always top-notch, even when traveling or working remotely. The CRM integration is also a huge benefit, allowing us to track customer interactions efficiently and centrally.

Cons

One thing I didn't like about Ringover is the synchronization of SMS messages between the mobile app and desktop version, which sometimes doesn't sync properly. This makes it difficult to manage messages across multiple devices. Also, it would be helpful to have a feature to block unwanted call time slots in bulk.
