No noise cancelling

Integrated with bullhorn (but not well)

Cons

Absolutely no noise cancelling you can hear every click of a keyboard and every sound in the background. Their customer support team tried to troubleshoot this with us, but it's their software that's the issue. They kept telling us to buy new headsets even though we have brand new expensive headsets. Such a frustrating process and now we are stuck with them for a year because we are on a contract and they won't do anything to fix it. Zoom is 1/3 price and they have excellent noise cancelling I don't know why anybody would choose this product.

Great solution for calling needs

Pros

The call quality is excellent, with no interruptions or background noise. There are also a lot of useful features like waiting, transferring calls, managing double calls, and cutting off calls outside of scheduled hours.

Cons

The speed of the instant messaging service within the team could be improved. This feature is very convenient, but it's currently a bit too slow for my liking.

I've been using Ringover for 2 years and I'm extremely satisfied. The call quality is fantastic and the interface is so simple, making it much easier to manage my communications. Pros

As both a developer and a student, I really value how simple Ringover is. The easy-to-use interface simplifies managing communications, even for beginners. The CRM integration is a huge plus, centralizing all customer data and displaying it during calls. Plus, features like dual listening and call recording are perfect for team training and ensuring high service quality.

Cons

As a developer, I think some customization options could be more advanced to better suit the specific needs of different businesses. Additionally the call distribution settings could be more flexible, especially for more complex scenarios.

What I like most about Ringover is the intuitive interface and thoughtful features like call forwarding and easy access to call histories. These tools have really streamlined communication within our organization. The app is also very reliable and the customer support is top-notch, making it a smooth and reassuring experience for managing our professional communications.

Cons

The aspects I liked least about Ringover were occasional call stability issues, with interruptions or variable sound quality depending on the connection. But this seems to be more related to the caller's connection than the software itself.

I fully recommend it!

Pros

We use Ringover at my company (15 of us in total). The app allows us to access call histories and recordings, which is useful in case of disputes. If I use it with Extrabat, the customer's contact card pops up when they call. As a salesperson, I only use it on my mobile and I think it's fantastic! I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like. I'm completely satisfied with Ringover.

It's very easy to access and use. I can quickly see missed calls and call them back, and transferring calls is also easy.
