“organized layout”

Pros

Within less than six months of using it, this platform has really stood out for how well organized it is and for the features it offers especially the ability to connect my Google Calendar, set reminders and schedule texts for later.

Cons

I haven't come across anything to dislike. I've been really impressed with how practical and functional this has been.

“powerful campaign features”

Pros

The more familiar you are with what you need from a CRM and how the system works, the more value Ringy gives you. Even after nearly two years of using it, I'm still discovering features and ways to use its functionality. The campaign option has been especially useful.

Cons

The disposition tags and automatic actions feel a bit repetitive or it could just be that I haven't fully figured out how to use them in the most effective way yet.

“Useful drip marketing function”

Pros

Every day, I use this to capture and qualify leads and it has become a big help in my workflow. The drip marketing feature is especially useful because it helps me work smarter instead of putting in extra manual effort. It really feels like having an extra set of eyes and ears on my leads making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I've even recommended the software to my colleagues because it has been so helpful.

Cons

One limitation is that it doesn't integrate with VanillaSoft CRM so I have to use Textdrip to handle that part instead.

“helps keeps outreach consistent”

Pros

Using the drip and campaign marketing features has been very simple which makes it simple to keep outreach organized and consistent.

Cons

Tiered pricing around the 160 character text message limit can get expensive over time. Another downside is that there doesn't seem to be a built in way to stop drip texts from being sent when a phone number is invalid or messages bounce back.

“mobile app worked flawlessly”

Pros

Having mobile app compatibility was a must for handling business calls while away from the office and it worked exactly as needed. The app performed reliably and stayed perfectly synced the whole time.

Cons

At times, the text messaging service was a bit hard to follow.

“Great mobile texting feature”

Pros

Texting is a huge part of how I handle sales and this platform really nails that side of the job. Its mobile feature is unmatched for messaging clients while I'm away from my laptop and I really appreciate being able to view a full page of the different text styles I've sent along with whether they got responses. I use another platform too but it just doesn't work as efficiently for texting even though I still rely on it for scheduling.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this software. I really enjoy the color coded disposition options for staying organized and again, the texting setup is a standout since I can see everything laid out on one page.

“powerful campaigns”

Pros

The standout features for me are the phone numbers, campaign tools, drip marketing and mass texting. Those parts of the platform are especially useful and have been the best features overall.

Cons

Something that bothers me is how the marketing cost jumps from 0.01 to 0.02 or even 0.03 based on the number of characters in a campaign blast. That increase can add up pretty fast.

“all leads in one place”

Pros

It's helpful having all of my leads together in a single program.

Cons

I'd really like a better way to identify inbound leads. A dropdown filter or something similar that could separate and reorganize the dial list would help a lot. It's frustrating when inbound calls come in and they're mixed together with the outbound calls.

“solid mass texting results”

Pros

This is a really effective way to send mass texts to a large number of leads at once.

Cons

A downside is that you have to keep putting more money into it to continue seeing results.

“drip campaigns that keep me on track”

Pros

The drip feature has been the standout for me. It takes a lot of the hassle out of staying on top of follow ups with my clients and makes that part of my workflow much more manageable.

Cons

The monthly price is the part that gives me pause and I'd also love to see support for integrating with more calendar platforms.

“Budget friendly option”

Pros

Everything feels easy to use and it really helps simplify the overall workflow. I also appreciate how customizable it is especially for the price. It's an affordable option that still covers what I need well.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is built in client retention features since that would make the platform even more complete.

“Ringy review”

Pros

I've loved using this and my favourite part has been the drip text feature because it's helped me stay in touch with prospects as well as let me send them consistent updates.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any problems with this especially since I'm using it every single day.

“inbox needs work”

Pros

It's nice to see the platform being updated regularly and getting ongoing improvements.

Cons

I really wish it had better filtering in the text inbox, like sorting by disposition or whether a reply is needed, along with keyword search for lead details or message content. Bulk dispositioning from the inbox would also be really helpful. The mobile app is useful to have but it still needs some work. Right now, the text preset field isn't visible and I only realized it existed by stumbling across it. The last time I used it, dispositioning leads from mobile also wasn't consistently reliable.

“amazing lead tracking”

Keeping up with leads is really easy with this. It makes it simple to reach out, track activity and stay on top of conversations all in one place.

“costly and unreliable messaging”

Pros

One useful thing is that it can automatically drip contacts based on their tags which helps with basic follow up workflows.

Cons

The platform is extremely expensive for what it offers. Email replies do not flow back into the CRM and almost all outgoing emails get marked as spam. It also ignores your normal email signature so messages come across flat and unprofessional. On top of that it charges for messages even when they are not consistently delivered. The calling feature is also unreliable and will randomly place calls to people in the system without actually connecting you so the person just gets silence. It even blocks contacts over certain words taken out of context, like interpreting "opt out" in a completely unrelated insurance sentence and stopping the message. There are plenty of other issues beyond that as well.

“easy to reach a large number of people”

Pros

Drip campaigns are the biggest highlight for me. Reaching a large number of people without much effort is incredibly important and the ability to keep following up with them just as effortlessly makes it even better.

Cons

It's mobile app still has some room for improvement. There isn't much you can modify from it and you also can't view blocked messages or check dispositions through the app.
