“powerful features”

Pros

Using the application feels almost effortless and it offers a solid range of features that fit today's B2B client management needs really well. The customer support team is also quite knowledgeable and helped us a lot during the setup process.

Cons

We integrated it with Freshsales to bring calling data into the CRM but that setup has not been very useful for us because we are unable to create a task from that data. That is one issue we ran into while using Runo.

“solid outbound calling companion”

Pros

Getting started was quick and it has been a very practical outbound call tracking app with a built in CRM for handling outbound sales and telecalling in a more modern way. It helps me stay on top of all the business and sales calls across my team. Since it is a SIM based app, it works well even while on the move and it comes with useful features like caller ID, call tracking, live team status, real time performance metrics and follow up reminders, along with plenty of other capabilities. It also stands out for its simple scalability, higher contact ratio, low recurring cost, zero capital investment and strong data security.

Cons

I'm genuinely satisfied with the app because it matches all of my current requirements well. At this point, I don't really have any complaints and am mostly looking forward to the new features they plan to introduce in the future which I believe will be very helpful for us.
