“Good performance BUT could be improved
Pros
We really like SanCCS for its simplicity and smooth integration across channels especially with our immigration CRM. It has made following up on leads much easier and improved client interactions across platforms, boosting our service delivery. In short it has truly organised our operations and become an essential tool for our team.
Cons
At Happy Holidays we really value its services but we feel that its interface and color scheme are a bit outdated. Updating the UI could improve the user experience and make navigation more user friendly for our team.

SAN SOFTWARE is a great solution for businesses aiming to provide excellent customer service and quick responses. It handles both incoming and outgoing calls very smoothly ensuring easy communication. The tech team is also highly skilled and open to trying new approaches. Recently they integrated it with one of our ML and AI partners, offering AI powered customer experiences with impressive accuracy. So I highly recommend this software for efficient call management in everyday business operations.
Cons
I feel like the UI could use some minor improvements but it is still acceptable.
