Simplifies managing quality performance

Pros

Scorebuddy not only helps me enhance my workflow but also helps me improve my customer interactions to make sure they understand things well and feel satisfied.

Cons

Sometimes the dashboard goes offline while I am reviewing the calls which I did not like.

Does the job pretty well

Pros

In my opinion it is the best tool for QA. Another great thing that I like a lot about it is that it comes with a ton of customization options.

Cons

I have tried other competitors but this one is by far the most complete like an all in one solution. So no complaints!

Excellent software to oversee business operations

Pros

The product integrates well with multiple other tools all credit goes to its wide range of features. Overall this makes it our top choice among others.

Cons

It is reasonably priced though not too cheap but also not too expensive. However one thing that I can think of as a con is that it does not support all languages.

Best alternative to spreadsheets

Pros

I really like how the Zendesk integration gives us a detailed and easy to understand view of our agents interactions. As it helps us assess their performance more clearly and accurately.

Cons

There are a few things like it has been inaccessible a few times. That said I want to mention that some of this could be on my end and overall the downtime has been within an acceptable range. Plus it is typical of any online platform to have occasional interruptions.

Really user-friendly software

Pros

Scorebuddy software is pretty easy to navigate and everyone from our management to business analysts and quality monitoring staff picked it up quickly and started using it with ease.

Cons

Every now and then I get error messages stating that a feature is temporarily unavailable. However they usually get fixed if I try again after a moment.

Ideal tool

Pros

Thanks to Scorebuddy I was able to personalize our quality requirements. Plus the Insight reports are a standout giving us a clear view of where our agents need improvement. We were also able to divide our quality parameters into three segments that aligned with our specific interaction standards. Also the trend report showing areas where support agents need improvement has also been proven very useful.

Cons

I think it would be great if the software allowed us to generate a Balanced Scorecard report where we can add the monthly KPIs as goals and show agents their aggregate performance. Also it would be helpful if the Performance Management feature were included so support agents could see their overall performance for the month and year.

Just ok

Pros

I love that I can easily log in and check my scores and updates for the company. Also it is very convenient to access.

Cons

Well I really don't like how long it takes to load and how often it crashes. As it is super frustrating to use when this happens.
