“simple to send attachments”
Pros
Something I appreciate most is being able to attach files even to a simple message. The inbound and outbound sections handle attachments really well too.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues. Everything has worked well and the overall experience has been very positive.

“handy integrations”
Pros
The integration works really well, with several options like Slack and Drive and the interface is fairly user friendly as it avoids feeling too complicated despite the number of features offered. SMS delivery is quick, file attachments are supported and the pricing feels quite reasonable too.
Cons
The only real limitation is that it's mostly focused on SMS right now. It would be much better if they added WhatsApp and other communication channels as well.

“reliable SMS marketing platform”
Pros
Message delivery almost never fails which has been a huge plus. When I first connected this software to my existing codebase, the process was very simple because the API documentation is detailed and simple to follow. It works as an excellent SMS marketing solution for both small businesses and larger companies. Setup is one of its strongest points and the features line up well with what users actually need. The analytics, integration APIs and SMS dashboard all feel thoughtfully built and well designed.
Cons
It would be better if they offered a small amount of free trial credits instead of making users go through a lengthy demo request process. A lot of people prefer to test a SaaS product quickly before deciding to buy. The interface could also use a visual refresh since the current design feels a bit old fashioned.

“Quick contact search”
Pros
SendHub is really easy to navigate and everything runs fast without delays when sending messages. The part I appreciate most is how simple it is to find contacts even in a very long list.
Cons
Building distribution lists takes quite a bit of time right now. A drag and drop option for adding people into a new group would probably make the process much faster.

“helpful texting”
Pros
Being able to text candidates without relying on my phone was really helpful. Since texting is such an important part of staying in touch with candidates, having a convenient way to handle it made a big difference.
Cons
One thing it was missing was message scheduling and that would have been really useful to have.

“practical communication tool”
Pros
Texting through this platform has been a really effective way for our team to stay in touch with business partners without relying on phone calls or email. Messages go out and come in right away which helps a lot when we need to reach one person or a group quickly without giving out a personal number. Since most people are more responsive to texts than emails, this has been a fast and practical communication tool for us.
Cons
What bothered me was not being able to actually tell when a co worker was replying to a customer at the same time. It created an awkward situation when a customer got two texts at once with conflicting information. If there were a way to see that someone else was already responding, it would solve a lot of that confusion. Another concern is that it is not regulated which can make some companies hesitant to use it because of privacy concerns.

“user friendly texting feature”
Pros
Getting started with this platform felt very simple. Even without much experience using texting tools, the layout is logical and simple to learn. On top of that working with their team has been a really positive part of the experience. Whenever I've needed help someone has answered the phone and handled my questions or issues quickly and efficiently.
Cons
Something I'd really like to see is an unlimited user option, along with a free way to change phone numbers. Our team structure changes often and that usually means our SendHub lines need to change too. There have been a few times when I've had to pay just to switch a SendHub area code. Since we're a virtual team with people moving around the country frequently, it would make a lot of sense for that to be included in the service instead of costing extra. I'd also like to have a Salesforce integration available.

“responsive support”
Pros
Whenever I reach out with a question, the customer support team gets back to me really fast and does everything they can to help make things easier on my end.
Cons
Only downside I've noticed in my first month using the service is the character limit on automatic responses when someone joins a group. It's not a major problem but it would definitely be more convenient if I could send a longer welcome message automatically.

“handy group messaging”
Pros
Being able to message several people at the same time is really useful and I also appreciate that everyone has the chance to reply back individually.
Cons
Uploading large contract groups can be difficult and takes more effort than it should.

“easy to use”
Pros
Having everything in one place to text multiple people is really convenient and the platform is pretty easy to use.
Cons
The interface could use a refresh and clearer color coding for read versus unread messages would help. It would also be useful if duplicate contacts were recognized and if clicking on a contact showed recent messages under their name with group and individual conversations clearly separated.
