“affordable tool”
Pros
One of the first things that stood out to me was how affordable this software is. On top of that it has been amazingly reliable and the support team has been outstanding whenever needed.
Cons
Getting started in this field can be a little challenging as a beginner so it may feel slightly difficult to handle at first.

“terrible service, do not recommend”
Pros
Honestly, there is really nothing worthwhile about this company besides the flashy website and that says a lot.
Cons
Dealing with their agent was a terrible experience because of the rude attitude and obvious lack of telecom knowledge. On top of that they increased billing in a way that felt fake just to take more money from our account, showed no understanding of basic VoIP industry terms, accused us of fraud and then shut down our account without any valid reason.

“cost effective option for lead generation”
Pros
As a small business owner, the pricing setup has been a big advantage and saves me a lot of money. If you're in the lead generation space, it's hard to find something more affordable and better than this.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see is a more user friendly call tracking system built directly into the dashboard.

“hidden inbound call costs”
Pros
There is some value in the limited API integration options and the low monthly recurring cost helps keep the base pricing down.
Cons
A big problem is that the service is not upfront about how expensive inbound calling can get. It uses one minute increments so even a one second inbound call ends up costing about $0.007 minimum. That makes inbound usage far more expensive than the base cost that is advertised.
