Pros

Compared with the limited number of alternatives out there, this is very competitively priced. The mobile phone integration in particular is a big plus and one of the most useful parts of the service.

Cons

At the same time, we ran into quality issues almost every single week. Voice transmission through this tool was consistently weak, while Google Meet performed perfectly fine under the same conditions even when video was added. I understand that SIP uses a different protocol but it is still hard to understand why it has to be used for connecting endpoints directly with Sipgate's servers.
