“wide range of deployment choices”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the range of deployment options available. It can be set up in the cloud, as a hosted solution, in a hybrid cloud environment or fully on premise which gives a lot of flexibility depending on business needs.
Cons
A few integrations do require third party licenses although that's not unusual and seems to be fairly standard compared with other platforms in this market segment.

“easy access to full conversation history”
Pros
Right away, it stands out as a powerful way to build custom desktops for agents and supervisors. Agents can quickly view every session in their queue, see the incoming number (CLI) or text based identifiers such as a customer's email address and check the status of each multimedia session, whether it's active, waiting or in progress. It also makes it easy to spot when a customer has been waiting too long for a response and gives access to the full conversation history. Another big advantage is the use of pre populated fields pulled from different systems which saves agents from jumping between applications to run searches, cuts down wasted time and helps remove communication silos. On top of that the Agent Desktop can integrate with existing CRM or ticketing platforms and display real time views, allowing live updates directly into those source systems.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that integrating with third party systems may mean additional licensing costs for those platforms, such as CRM or financial systems. Also, while chat and voice both provide full customer conversation history, that history is only visible within the individual channel. It would be much better to have one unified view showing the conversation in the exact sequence it happened across all channels.

“Custom desktop setup for agents”
Pros
A big advantage is being able to build a custom desktop setup for either agents or supervisors through the Unified Desktop Environment. The platform also offers centralized, web based management for the whole solution, including deployment which makes administration more convenient. Another strong point is the built in, industry standard NLP and conversational AI toolkit. On top of that it's very useful that a chat interaction can be escalated into a video call when needed.
Cons
One limitation is that fully completing or qualifying an integration can sometimes depend on third party licensing especially when CRM integration is involved.
