Putting together a well organized schedule is simple and it comes out clear, reliable and easy to read. It has made planning a lot more manageable.

It didn't perform as well as I wanted on my Android phone and I would have preferred a downloadable app instead of having to use it through a browser.

Right away, the interface felt clean and user friendly. It was obvious how to move through the list of available tasks and pick the ones I wanted to assign staff to.

What is frustrating is the fac that as a user you're not able to see other users' schedules. That might be a setting only administrators can access but I'm not sure.

Right away, the biggest problem was the lack of a clear overview. I cannot easily tell which colleague is working on each day because there is far too much text on the screen. I would prefer a clearer schedule with colors showing when someone is available, on vacation and similar statuses. Overall, it does not feel user friendly.

Putting together a clear, dependable schedule takes much less effort with this. It shows the different shifts across departments in a very organized way and colleagues can check their schedules much more easily than before which has been a real improvement. It also comes across as an innovative, collaborative company so bringing it in felt like an obvious choice and the rollout went flawlessly.

I haven't had any negative experiences with it. If anything is missing or something goes wrong, their team is there to help resolve it.

From the start, the overview is the biggest strength here. The software is a very efficient way to build schedules even when you're handling multiple departments or a large number of employees. It also lets you assign different roles to different staff members and all of that comes together in a clear view of the schedule.

There is a bit of a learning curve if you want to use the software efficiently. Once you get past that though, you can start using features like templates to work much faster.

Their team has been very hands on and involved. They respond quickly and the system itself is user friendly.

Since it's still a newer program, we ran into a few early hiccups along the way. That said, the support team stayed on top of everything and resolved any issues we had very quickly.
