“helpful call summaries”
Pros
Using it for sales call recording has been really useful because it takes care of note taking and gives me clear summaries after calls. It also helps a lot with follow ups and I really appreciate having full call transcripts available. Getting started with the tool was very simple from the beginning.
Cons
The downside for me is the turnaround time for the final report after a meeting ends since it can sometimes take as long as 40 minutes.

“does a great job of recording meetings”
Pros
It does a really good job of recording meetings and tracking how effective they are and the summary reports make everything much easier to review afterward.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. I'm able to use all of the features and processes exactly the way I want.

“accurate insights”
Pros
This has great multilingual capabilities and does a really good job of catching the right wording. We've used it and it keeps up with conversations in English and Swedish both. To me, it's absolutely worth it 100%.
Cons
Only con is that it needs a little time after the meeting ends to finish the transcript and generate the summary.

“Simple setup process”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy and both the detailed view and the summary view offer really valuable insights.
Cons
Something missing is the ability to forward meeting notes from the mobile app.

“great coaching support”
Pros
The platform is very simple to use and it strikes a really nice balance between recording features and coaching support.
Cons
It would be even more compelling long term with a stronger MCP, API and CLI especially to stay fully viable in 2026.

“Smooth integrations”
Pros
Right away, it felt very easy to use and I've really appreciated the integrations it has with other tools in the industry especially HubSpot and Claude.
Cons
Nothing has really caused much trouble for me. If I had to mention one thing, I'd say the per user pricing could be a bit lower since it seems to impact mid sized companies the most, businesses that fall somewhere between very small and very large.

“helpful follow up emails”
Pros
It takes helpful notes during meetings and sends them out by email afterward which is convenient for follow up.
Cons
The downside is that the notes are not always accurate, it tends to miss jokes or misunderstand them and the takeaways often feel repetitive and not very useful. On top of that the scores don't seem very accurate either.

“good for sales coaching”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how it syncs with my calendar and it also gives me a solid way to sharpen my sales skills.
Cons
It's battlecards are kind of difficult to figure out and I can't really use them properly.

“very easy to use”
Pros
Spiky does a really nice job of capturing everything during meetings and being able to query the notes and copy paste them into ChatGPT is a big plus. It also feels simpler to use than Fathom.ai and Read.io which made the switch feel worth it. Getting started is pretty painless too since all I had to do was connect my calendar and that convenience stands out.
Cons
An area where this tool still has room to improve is meeting performance, along with the coaching whispers feature.

“powerful AI call insights”
Pros
Not having to take notes during calls anymore has been a huge time saver with this. Being able to search real conversation data through the app and its MCP has been incredibly useful and the AI transcript querying is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it. When I forget something from a call, I can ask the AI for a summary or specific details and it usually gives me exactly what I need. My whole team has really been enjoying the AI features especially the ability to query transcripts in real time. The setup was also very simple and compared with the tool we used before this gives more AI functionality that has been helping us a lot.
Cons
One issue lately is that the analysis around tone, word choice and positivity has felt inconsistent or possibly broken. Because of that, I can't reliably tell whether I'm coming across as friendly, upset or something else during a call and that kind of feedback would be very valuable. Sharing access with different team members can also be confusing at times and I'm still not clear on what generating a link actually does when I try to share something. I'd also really like a way to send reports to people outside my team just by sharing a recording link, without needing to generate a separate report first.
