Pros

Having this app means my phone is with me wherever I am throughout the day. It works really well on my computer too so I don't have to rely on a desk phone to place or answer calls. I can reach coworkers through extensions and chat with them right in the interface which is especially useful during client conferences when we want to exchange feedback without interrupting the conversation. It also connects nicely with other tools we use, like our ATS so we can make calls directly from the ATS website.

Cons

Getting it installed was a bit confusing, mainly because the password wasn't working at first. There are also a lot of settings available which is nice to have but it can feel a little overwhelming and confusing sometimes.

Pros

Handling our business phone service with this has been going really well. The interface feels really user friendly which makes getting new users onboarded quick and simple.

Cons

At this point, I haven't come across anything I dislike about the software as a user.
