Such a great tool

Pros

I love how this platform covers so many use cases almost like an all in one CRM and IT solution eliminating the need to have multiple tools open at once.

Cons

The UI/UX feels a bit outdated and I feel like the landing page could really benefit from a complete redesign.

Extremely useful software

Pros

Steam-connect is pretty easy to use, connects smoothly with other tools through API and we can customize just about everything to fit our needs.

Cons

Earlier this year there was significant downtime with the telephony service but there have been no issues lately.

Runs smoothly and works well

Pros

Not only is it simple to use but is also functions perfectly. And I have had no issues with downloading or opening the program and it makes me feel well-supported. Overall everything works smoothly.

Cons

Perfect for telephony

Pros

The variety of options available for call center users is simply the best. Also the support from the representatives during the software installation is unmatched and I would say other companies should definitely take note.

Cons

Sometimes the large number of options can feel overwhelming to me but thanks to the supportive customer service, it is not much of an issue.

I like almost all the features

Pros

I use the predictive dialer all the time and I seriously love it. It makes my job so much easier.

Cons

I am not particularly fond of the interface as it is quite similar to other software. Also they could definitely improve the design to make it more appealing.

Pros

This is an impressive and highly functional product. Also I find it perfect for managing calls and communications.

Cons

Great value for the price

Pros

They offer the best service. Also, the pricing is budget friendly and they offer top notch support. Overall I would say you really get a lot of value here.

Ideal for contact centers

Pros

This app delivers exactly what it promises. As both a user and client advisor who acquired it, I can confidently say that I was impressed by how easy it was to implement, configure, learn and use. Also it is user friendly yet offers powerful tools for managing customer interactions.

Cons

In my opinion the tool is still not fully mature and could benefit from more customer feedback to better align with user needs. Its easy implementation and usage come with some trade-offs in terms of customization. And I am not fully convinced by the daily usage-based payment model.
