“simple voice calling”

Pros

Handling communication with both my team and clients is really convenient wiht this. It makes voice calling much simpler and the "one hub" feature is especially useful since it lets you manage costs and reporting from a single admin portal.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the support team. Whenever I run into an issue, their responses usually take quite a while.
