“excellent call recordings”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to record calls while also having an excellent system for managing the call record database. Pulling up calls from the recorded list is quite convenient and the platform feels very user friendly overall. It's simple to work with and the recorded calls are organized using a really effective sorting method.
Cons
The biggest limitation comes down to compliance regulations which really influence how it can be used. Internet usage has also gone up and the bandwidth demand is quite high.

“fast setup”
Pros
Getting this software up and running takes only minutes thanks to simple IP address provisioning which is a huge plus. It also helps larger organizations reduce call costs and makes internet calling a much more practical option. The platform includes useful features like live monitoring and call tagging and those have been genuinely helpful. On top of that the company's support team has been very reliable.
Cons
One downside is the pricing. Even though it is in line with competing products, it can still feel expensive and that may push many small businesses to look at other alternatives. It also falls short on flexibility when it comes to supporting multiple variable cloud storage facilities which can be a drawback.
