“solid tools”
Pros
Whenever I ran into issues, the support team was quick to help and walked me through the platform. Since it's one of the most comprehensive options out there, having that kind of guidance made a big difference.
Cons
Telnyx's technical documentation still needs work because getting started can be pretty challenging. More hands on tutorials would likely make the onboarding experience much better.

“standout API documentation”
Pros
Having dedicated account reps who truly care makes a big difference. They check in regularly, follow up and genuinely go to bat for us whenever something goes wrong which is pretty uncommon in this industry. The interface also feels modern with a clean layout and navigation that's far better than a lot of other CLEC platforms. The API documentation is another standout since it's clear, developer friendly and lets us test requests directly from the docs which saves a lot of time and makes integration feel much smoother. Pricing is also refreshingly competitive compared to the inflated rates you often see elsewhere. On top of that the porting process has been dependable, with solid LOA generation and a reliable workflow overall.
Cons
One weak spot is weekend support since response times can be slower when an urgent issue comes up outside normal business hours. Usually looping in our account rep helps get things moving faster but it's still something to keep in mind. We've also seen occasional delays with SMS activation after porting, where full provisioning takes longer than expected and becomes a little frustrating. On top of that there have been a few routing issues in edge cases especially when dealing with smaller rural carriers.

“great privacy protection”
Pros
It has been a really valuable fit for what we need, mainly because the API is solid. Integrating their services into our workflow went very well and that has made a big difference for our use case. We depend a lot on the number masking feature to keep property owners' and tenants' phone numbers private when they need to communicate with security staff at gated communities. That added privacy is extremely important during entry approvals and package delivery notifications since it prevents personal numbers from being exposed directly. On top of that their international SMS delivery has been consistently reliable for our global communication needs. We've been able to send updates and notifications across different countries without running into delivery issues which has been impressive. Between the strong API, the effective number masking and the dependable international SMS service, Telnyx has become an important CPaaS provider for our day to day operations.
Cons
Our experience with it has been very positive overall but the PHP SDK could definitely use better maintenance. It hasn't always looked fully up to date. For instance, at the time of writing, the latest commit included a testing change that set the baseApiUrl to localhost and that adjustment was not removed before the commit was finalized. Because of that, anyone using the SDK has to manually override the setting in their own code just to make it work correctly. It hasn't been a major blocker on our side but it does add an unnecessary extra step during integration. More than anything, it gives the impression that the PHP SDK may not be getting the same consistent level of attention as the rest of the platform.

“quick to get started with”
Pros
Getting started was pretty quick thanks to the self service tools. It's also a really solid trunking option for small businesses and for testing products.
Cons
Only difficulty came from my own limited experience which made the setup a little challenging at first.

“useful insights”
Pros
One feature I keep coming back to is the SIP Call Flow Tool because it gives a clear picture of what's happening during a call which helps a lot when troubleshooting problems fast. Call quality has been reliably excellent as well and the SSO support is a nice extra since it saves me from dealing with more login credentials.
Cons
A proper multi tenant setup would make managing multiple clients under one account much more practical. I also had trouble finding a dependable guide for connecting my CloudUCM PBX with this platform and the dashboard can feel a little confusing if you're coming from something simpler like Flowroute.
